ﺯﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﻭ ﻫﺪﻑ: ﻛﺘﺎﺑﭽﻪ ﺭﺍﻫﻨﻤﺎﻯ ﭘﻨﺞ ﻛﻠﻴﺪ ﺩﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻏﺬﺍﻯ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺗﺮ ﻭ ﺍﻳﻤﻦ ﺗﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﻬﺪﺍﺷﺖ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺵ ﺩﺳﺖ ﺍﻧﺪﺭﻛﺎﺭﺍﻥ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻏﺬﺍ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺑﺎﺭ ﺑﻴﻤﺎﺭﻯ ﻫﺎﻯ ﻣﻨﺘﻘﻠﻪ ﺍﺯ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻏﺬﺍ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﻳﻚ ﺍﺳﺘﺮﺍﺗﮋﻯ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﻰ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪﻑ ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﺪﺍﺧﻠﻪ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺷﻰ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﻰ ﺑﺮ ﺭﺍﻫﻨﻤﺎﻯ ﺍﻳﻤﻨﻰ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻏﺬﺍﻳﻰ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﻬ ﺪ ﺍﺷﺖ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﻰ ﺑﺮ ﺁﮔﺎﻫﻰ، ﻧﮕﺮﺵ ﻭ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭ ﺯﻧﺎﻥ ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﻪ ﻛﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺍﻛﺰ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺁﺑﺪ ﺍﻧﺎﻥ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺷﺪ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻭ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻫﺎ: ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺵ ﻣﺪ ﺍﺧﻠﻪ ﺍﻯ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻮﻉ ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻰ ﺑﺮ ﺭﻭﻯ 117ﺯﻥ ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﻪ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﻩ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺍﻛﺰ ﺧﺪ ﻣﺎﺕ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺁﺑﺪ ﺍﻧﺎﻥ ﺩﺭ ﺩﻭ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ 57 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ، 60ﻧﻔﺮ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﻛﻨﺘﺮﻝ ﺩر ﺳﺎﻝ 1398-99ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺭﻭﺵ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮﻯ ﺑﺼﻮﺭﺕ ﺩﺭ ﺩ ﺳﺘﺮﺱ ﻭ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺁﮔﺎﻫﻰ، ﻧﮕﺮﺵ ﻭ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ ﻧﺴﺨﻪ ﺍﺻﻼﺡ ﺷﺪ ﻩ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺭﺍﻫﻨﻤﺎﻯ ﺍﻳﻤﻨﻰ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻏﺬﺍﻳﻰ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﻬﺪ ﺍﺷﺖ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺭﻭﺍﻳﻰ ﺻﻮﺭﻯ ﻭ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻳﻰ ﺁﻥ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩ ﻩ ﺷﺪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺑﺘﺪ ﺍ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﭘﻴﺶ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﻭ ﺳﭙﺲ ﻳﻜﻤﺎﻩ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺪ ﺍﺧﻠﻪ ﭘﺲ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﮔﺮﺩﻳﺪ ﺩ ﺍﺩ ﻩ ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩ ﻩ ﺍﺯ ﻧﺮﻡ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﺭ spss ﻧﺴﺨﻪ 16ﻭ ﺑﺎ ﺁﻣﺎﺭ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻰ ﻭ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﻫﺎﻯ ﺁﻣﺎﺭﻯ ﺗﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ، ﻛﺎﻯ ﺍﺳﻜﻮﺋﺮ ﻭ ﺗﻰ ﺯﻭﺟﻰ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺗﺠﺰﻳﻪ ﻭ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﺑﻴﻦ ﺩ ﻭ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺩ ﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎﺕ ﻓﺮﺩ ﻯ ﺗﻔﺎﻭﺕ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﺩ ﺍﺭﻯ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻧﺪ ﺍﺷﺖ(p < 0/05). ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺤﺮﺍﻑ ﻣﻌﻴﺎﺭ ﻧﻤﺮﻩ ﺁﮔﺎﻫﻰ ﺩ ﺭ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﺁﺯﻣﻮﻥ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺪ ﺍﺧﻠﻪ ﺍﺯ 8/15± 71/01ﺑﻪ 87/50±8/29، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺤﺮﺍﻑ ﻣﻌﻴﺎﺭ ﻧﻤﺮﻩ ﻧﮕﺮﺵ ﺍﺯ 86/45±6/65ﺑﻪ 6/20± 92/62، ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺤﺮﺍﻑ ﻣﻌﻴﺎﺭ ﻧﻤﺮﻩ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭ ﺍﺯ 6/63± 86/92ﺑﻪ 6/84± 91/98ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﻭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺍﺯ ﻟﺤﺎﻅ ﺁﻣﺎﺭﻯ ﻣﻌﻨﺎ ﺩﺍﺭ ﺑﻮﺩp<0/001) . ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﺩﺍﺭﻯ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺤﺮﺍﻑ ﻣﻌﻴﺎﺭ ﻧﻤﺮﺍﺕ ﺁﮔﺎﻫﻰ، ﻧﮕﺮﺵ ﻭ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭ ﮔﺮﻭﻩ ﻛﻨﺘﺮﻝ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪ ﻩ ﻧﺸﺪ 0/005>.p. ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮﻯ: ﻣﺪ ﺍﺧﻠﻪ ﺁﻣﻮﺯﺷﻰ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﻰ ﺑﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﻛﻠﻴﺪ ﺭﺍﻫﻨﻤﺎﻯ ﺍﻳﻤﻨﻰ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻏﺬﺍﻳﻰ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﻬﺪﺍﺷﺖ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﻰ ﻣﻰ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮﺩ ﺁﮔﺎﻫﻰ، ﻧﮕﺮﺵ ﻭ ﺭﻓﺘﺎﺭ ﺯﻧﺎﻥ ﻣﺮﺍﺟﻌﻪ ﻛﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺍﻛﺰ ﺧﺪ ﻣﺎﺕ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﮔﺮﺩﺩ .

Abstract
|
background and objectives: the world health organization five keys to safer food manual is recognized as a global strategy to train food producers to reduce the burden of foodborne disease. the aim of this study was to determine the effect of educational intervention based on the world health organization safer food manual on the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of women referring to the comprehensive health service centers in abdanan.materials and methods: this quasi-experimental intervention study was performed on 117 women referred to comprehensive health service centers in abdanan in two groups (57 in the experimental group, 60 in the control group) in 2018-19. the sampling method was done with convenience sampling and a modified version of the questionnaire based on the who manual was used to measure the knowledge, attitude, and behavior which had face validity and reliability. the questionnaire was first completed in the study (pre-test) and then one month after the intervention (post-test). data were analyzed using spss16 software, and using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent and paired t-test.results: there was no significant difference between the two samples in this study in terms of demographic characteristics (p>0.05). also, the mean and ±standard deviation (± sd) scores of knowledges in the experimental group before and after the intervention from 71.01 ± 8.15 to 87.80 ± 8.29, the mean and ± sd attitude scores from 86.45 ± 6.65 to 92.62 ± 6.20 and the mean and ± sd behavior scores increased from 86.92 ± 6.63 to 91.98 ± 6.84 and this difference was statistically significant (p<0.001). also, no significant difference in mean and ± sd scores of knowledges, attitude scores, and behavior of the control group before and after (p>0.05).conclusion: an educational intervention based on the world health organization’s five keys to a safer food manual can improve the knowledge, attitude, and behavior of women referring to comprehensive health service centers.
