شیوع اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس در بیماران کاندیدای جراحی پیوند دورزننده عروق کرونر قلب و عوامل موثر بر آن در بیمارستان قلب و عروق فرشچیان همدان

زمینه و هدف: بیماری عروق کرونر قلب یکی از علل اصلی مرگ و میر در کشورهای مختلف می باشد و جراحی پیوند دورزننده عروق کرونر قلب متداول ترین مداخله درمانی برای این بیماری بشمار می رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان شیوع اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس مرتبط با طول دوره بستری بیمارستانی در بیماران قلبی انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه در مجموع 210 نفر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از اطلاعات زمینه ای و پرسشنامه 21 سوالی dass21 بومی شده استفاده شد و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss22 ، stata و آزمون های آماری کای دو، دقیق فیشر و شاخص or و حدود اطمینان آن و رگرسیون لجستیک دوحالتی انجام گردید.نتایج: بر اساس نتایج میانگین و انحراف معیار سن شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه به ترتیب 62/99 و 8/89 سال بود. به ترتیب 81 (38/6%)، 81 (38/6%) و 86 (41%) نفر از بیماران مورد مطالعه دارای علائم اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس بوده اند. مدل های نهائی رگرسیون لجستیک نشان دادند، ارتباط متغیرهای جنس، سابقه پرفشاری خون و کلسترول بالا با اضطراب و ارتباط وضعیت تاهل با افسردگی معنی دار بوده است (0/05>p). ارتباط هیچ کدام از متغیرهای زمینه ای با استرس در بیماران مورد مطالعه معنی دار نبود (0/05

Prevalence of Anxiety, Depression and Stress in CABG Candidate Patients and Factors affecting it at Farshchian Cardiovascular Hospital in Hamadan

Background and Objective: Introduction: Among the heart diseases, coronary heart disease (CAD) is the leading cause of mortality in human societies and coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) is the most common therapeutic intervention. Postsurgical hospitalization is an estimate of the success rate of surgery that cannot be fully explained by medical and demographic factors. Rather, psychological factors are important. The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of anxiety, depression and stress which are one of the most important psychological factors related to the length of hospital stay after this surgery.Materials and Methods: In this crosssectional study, the target population was all CABG patients referred to Farshchian heart Hospital, Hamadan, in 2019. The DASS21 Questionnaire was used to determine the status of studied patients in terms of anxiety, depression and stress. Data were analyzed using SPSS22 and Stata software. Chisquare, Fisherchr('39')s exact test and OR index and binary logistic regression were used for determine relationship between variables. Results: A total of 210 patients participated in this study. 152 (74.2%) of them were male and 58 (27.6%) were female. The mean and standard deviation of age were 62.99 and 8.89 years, respectively. According to the results of principal components analysis, 81 (38.6%), 81 (38.6%) and 86 (41.0%) patients had symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress, respectively. The final logistic regression models showed. Relationship between sex, history of hypertension and high cholesterol with anxiety, relationship between maternal statuses with depression was significant. There was no significant relationship between any of the underlying variables with stress in the studied patients.Conclusion: This study showed that the prevalence of anxiety, stress and depression in CABG patients is relatively high. Therefore, it is necessary to check the mental status of these patients before performing this surgery.
