تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر مدیریت استرس شغلی پرستاران بخش‌های مراقبت ویژه

زمینه و هدف: اﺳﺘﺮس از ﻣﺸﻜﻼت اﺻﻠﻲ ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ زﻳﺎدی ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ای و زﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﺷﺨﺼﻲ آن ﻫﺎ ﮔﺬاﺷﺘﻪ و ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﺑﻴﻦ ﻛﺎر و زﻧﺪﮔﻲ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی بر استرس شغلی پرستاران بود.مواد و روش ها: تحقیق حاضر یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی است که در پرستاران انجام شد. بطور تصادفی ساده 45 پرستار بخش ویژه یک بیمارستان به عنوان گروه مداخله و42 پرستار بیمارستان دیگر به عنوان گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه(nss) nursing stress scale جهت تعیین استرس شغلی پرستاران و پرسشنامه سازه های مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی به منظور تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی بود. برنامه آموزشی در سه جلسه 2 ساعته اجرا شد. نمونه ها به مدت یک ماه تحت نظر قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قبل و یک ماه بعد از آموزش با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام شد. از آزمونهای آماری کای دو و تی استیودنت مستقل، تی استیودنت مزدوج و کالموگرووف اسمیرنوف استفاده شد.یافته ها: میانگین نمره استرس شغلی در گروه مداخله، بعد از آموزش از20/800 ± 107/311به23/352±89/578 کاهش یافت و در گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، متغیرهای حساسیت درک شده، شدت درک شده، منافع درک شده، خودکارآمدی و راهنمای عمل و رفتار افزایش معنی دار و موانع درک شده کاهش داشت(0/05 >p)نتیجه گیری: استفاده از مدل اعتقاد بهداشتی جهت آموزش مدیریت استرس بر کاهش استرس پرستاران موثر می باشد. با توجه به اینکه عوامل رفتاری و غیر رفتاری کاهش استرس بر سلامت افراد موثر است در نتیجه برای تغییر رفتار در افراد علاوه بر فرد باید به محیط پیرامون او و سایرینی که بر تغییر رفتار موثر هستند نیز توجه نمود.

The Effect of Educational Intervention Based on Health Belief Model on Nurses’ Stress Management in Intensive Care Units

Background and Objectives: Stress is one of the main problems of nurses, which greatly affects their professional performance and their personal life and causes conflict between work and life. The purpose of this research was to identify the effects of Health Belief modelbased training on nurses rsquo; occupational stress.Materials and Methods: This is a Quasiexperimental study conducted on nurses. 45 nurses were randomly selected from special wards of a hospital as the interventional group and also 42 nurses from another hospital were randomly selected as the control group. Data gathering tool was included the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) for determining nurses rsquo; occupational stress and HBM Model constructs questionnaire to determine the effect of educational intervention. Training program was carried out in three 2hour sessions. Subjects were monitored for 1 month. Statistical analysis was performed before, and 1 month after training using SPSS software. Statistical tests including Chi Square, independent ttest, Paired t test, Kolmogorov Smirnov were used in this study.Results: Mean NSS score of the intervention group reduced from 107.311 plusmn;20.800 to 89.578 plusmn;23.352 after the training. Moreover, after training, the variables of perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, cue to action, selfefficacy, and behaviors showed a significant increase and perceived barriers decrease in the intervention group compared to the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Results showed that the Health Belief Model for stress management education was effective in the reduction of nurses rsquo; stress level. Considering that behavioral and nonbehavioral factors are effective in reducing stress; as a result, to change behavior of individuals, in addition to themselves, it is necessary to pay attention to the environment surrounding them and others influencing their behavior.
