تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل بزنف بر مهارت‌های ارتباطی پرستاران با بیماران در بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

زمینه و هدف: پرستاران از جمله افراد کلیدی هستند که بیشترین ارتباط را با بیماران دارند. برخورداری پرستاران از مهارت های ارتباطی موثر، موجب رضایت مندی بیماران از ارائۀ خدمات پرستاری، کاهش استرس و تسریع بهبودی آنها می شود. لذا مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر آموزش مبتنی بر مدل بزنف، بر مهارت های ارتباطی پرستاران با بیماران بیمارستان های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انجام شده است.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه یک مطالعۀ نیمه تجربی با گروه کنترل است که در سال 1395 روی 96 پرستار شاغل به کار، در دو بیمارستان تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران که به روش تصادفی از 17 بیمارستان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انتخاب شده بودند، صورت گرفت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسش نامۀ مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسش نامۀ محقق ساخته مبتنی بر سازه های مدل بزنف بود. مداخلۀ آموزشی براساس نتایج حاصل از پیش آزمون در گروه مداخله در 3 جلسۀ 45دقیقه ای انجام شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار spss ویرایش 18، با آزمون های آماری، دقیق فیشر، تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و تی زوجی تحلیل شد.یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین نمرۀ آگاهی و همچنین سازه های مدل بزنف در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، پس از مداخلۀ آموزشی اختلاف معنی داری داشت(p<0/05) که نشان دهندۀ تاثیر آموزش براساس مدل بزنف بود.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعۀ حاضر، آموزش مبتنی بر مدل بزنف منجر به ارتقای مهارت های ارتباط با بیمار در پرستاران می شود؛ لذا پژوهشگران، آموزش براساس این مدل را به برنامه ریزان آموزشی پیشنهاد می کنند.

The Effect of Education Based on the BASNEF Model on Nurses Communication Skills with Patients in Hospitals Affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences

Background and Objective: Nurses are among the key people who have the most relationship with patients. Effective communication skills in nurses lead to satisfaction of patients with nursing services, stress reduction in patients and speeding up their recovery. Therefore, the current study aims to determine the effect of educational intervention based on BASNEF model on communication skills of nurses with patients in hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences.Methods:This is a quasiexperimental study with a control group conducted on 96 nurses working in two hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2016. The participants were randomly selected from 17 hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The datagathering tools were a demographic questionnaire and a researchermade questionnaire based on the structures of the BASNEF model. Educational intervention was performed based on the results of the pretest in the intervention group in 3 sessions of 45 minutes. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18, statistical tests, Fisher exact test, independent ttest, ANOVA, and paired ttest.Results: The results of this study showed that the mean score of knowledge, as well as the structures of the BASNEF model were significantly different from that of the control group rsquo;s after educational intervention (P<0.05), which confirms the effect of education on the basis of the BASNEF model.Conclusion: According to the results of this research, education based on the BASNEF model leads to the development of communication skills with the patient in nurses. Therefore, the researchers recommend education based on this educational model.
