تدوین مدل ساختاری بهزیستی روان ‌شناختی مادران دارای کودک با کم توانی هوشی بر اساس هسته ارزشیابی خود با میانجی‌ گری دلزدگی زناشویی

هدف: تولد یک کودک با کم ‌توانی هوشی می‌تواند شرایط دشواری برای والدین و خانواده ایجاد کند، زیرا والدین به‌طور غیرمنتظره‌ای با یک معضل عاطفی مواجه می‌شوند که موجب افزایش ناراحتی و نگرانی آن‌ها می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف تدوین مدل ساختاری بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مادران دارای کودک با کم توانی هوشی بر اساس هسته ارزشیابی خود با میانجی گری دلزدگی زناشویی انجام شد. روش: روش مطالعه حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه والدین دارای کودک با کم توانی هوشی هستند که از سازمان بهزیستی خدمات دریافت می کنند. حجم نمونه در پژوهش حاضر نیز با در نظر گرفتن احتمال اُفت نمونه‌ها 300 نفر در نظر گرفته  شد. روش نمونه گیری مورد استفاده نیز به صورت در دسترس بود. ابزارهای اندازه گیری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه بهزیستی روان شناختی، مقیاس هسته ارزشیابی خود، پرسشنامه دلزدگی زناشویی بود. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مادران دارای کودک با کم توانی هوشی  بر اساس هسته ارزشیابی خود با میانجی گری دلزدگی زناشویی وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: این یافته‌ می‌تواند به‌عنوان مبنایی برای طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های جامع و حمایتی در زمینه روان‌شناسی عمل کند که با هدف تقویت هسته ارزشیابی خود و کاهش دلزدگی زناشویی، به بهبود کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی مادران دارای کودک با کم‌توانی هوشی کمک کند.

development of a structural model of psychological well-being of mothers with children with intellectual disabilities based on the core of self-evaluation with the mediation of marital dissatisfaction

objective: the birth of a child with intellectual disabilities can create challenging circumstances for parents and families, as parents unexpectedly face an emotional dilemma that leads to increased distress and concern. this research was conducted with the aim of developing a structural model of psychological well-being of mothers with children with intellectual disabilities based on the core of self-evaluation with the mediation of marital dissatisfaction. method: the method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature by the method of structural equation modeling. the statistical population of this research is all parents of children with intellectual disabilities who receive services from the welfare organization. the sample size in the present study was also considered to be 300 people, taking into account the possibility of sample drop. the sampling method used was also available. data measurement tools included psychological well-being questionnaire, self-evaluation core scale, marital dissatisfaction questionnaire. resulte: the results of the research showed that the psychological well-being of mothers with children with intellectual disabilities is based on the core of self-evaluation with the mediation of marital dissatisfaction. conclusion: these findings can serve as a basis for designing and implementing comprehensive and supportive programs in the field of psychology, aimed at enhancing core of self-evaluation and reducing marital dissatisfaction, thereby improving the quality of life and psychological well-being of mothers with children who have intellectual disabilities.
