پیش بینی سبک دلبستگی کودک بر اساس روش فرزندپروری ترکیبی مثبت و ایمن و میانجی گری سبک دلبستگی ایمن مادر در کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه/ بیش فعالی

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی پیش‌بینی سبک دلبستگی کودک بر‌اساس روش فرزندپروری ترکیبی مثبت و ایمن با میانجیگری سبک دلبستگی ایمن مادر در کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه / بیش‌فعالی انجام شد. روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری و به لحاظ هدف از نوع کاربردی بود. جامعه این پژوهش شامل تمام کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه / بیش‌فعالی ساکن استان چهارمحال و بختیاری و مادران آنها است که تعداد 165 نفر از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و بر‌اساس شرایط ورود به نمونه، انتخاب شده‌اند. داده های به‌دست‌آمده در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل شدند. در بخش آمار توصیفی از شاخص های آماری میانگین، انحراف معیار و جدول توزیع فراوانی استفاده شد. در بخش استنباطی با توجه به ماهیت فرضیه ها و اهداف پژوهش نیز داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون بوت استرپ و مدل معادله‌های ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد.  لازم به ذکر است برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار آماری 24-spss و pls نسخه 3 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان از برازش مدل‌های پژوهش بود و نشان داد روش فرزندپروری ترکیبی مثبت و ایمن با میانجی گری سبک دلبستگی ایمن مادر بر سبک دلبستگی کودک اثر غیر‌مستقیم دارد. همچنین روش فرزندپروری ترکیبی مثبت و ایمن، رابطه مستقیم با سبک دلبستگی کودک و سبک دلبستگی مادر دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج و یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که بین روش فرزندپروری ترکیبی مثبت، ایمن و سبک‌های دلبستگی کودکان مبتلا نقص توجه / بیش‌فعالی با میانجی گری سبک دلبستگی ایمن مادر، ارتباط معنادار وجود دارد. بنابراین می توان انتظار داشت که تلاش والدین در جهت رشد دلبستگی ایمن و همین‌طور رشد جنبه‌های مثبت رفتاری- هیجانی در فرزندانشان با استفاده از روش فرزندپروری ترکیبی مثبت و ایمن می تواند به‌طور موثری منجر به ایجاد دلبستگی ایمن در کودکان مبتلا به نقص توجه/ بیش‌فعالی (adhd) شود.

prediction of child's attachment style based on positive and safe parenting style and mediation of mother's secure attachment style in children with adhd

abstract: objective: this study aimed to investigate the prediction of child attachment style based on a positive and safe combination parenting method mediated by maternal attachment styles in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd). method: this study has a descriptive design of correlation and structural equations and is applied in terms of purpose. the population included all children with adhd and their mothers living in chaharmahal and bakhtiari province. the sample size of consisted of 165 children with adhd in chaharmahal and bakhtiari province with their mothers, who were selected by purposive sampling method based on the inclusion criteria. the obtained data were analyzed in two sections of descriptive and inferential statistics. the descriptive statistics section used statistical indices of mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution table, and graph. in the inferential section, according to the nature of the hypotheses and objectives of the research, the data were analyzed using pearson’s correlation coefficient tests, bootstrap test, and structural equation model. results: the results of structural equation modeling revealed that the research models fit and showed that a positive and safe combination of parenting style mediated by the mother attachment style has an indirect effect on the child’s attachment style. moreover, a positive and safe combined parenting style has a direct relationship with both the child’s attachment style and the mother’s attachment style. conclusion: based on the present study findings, there is a significant relationship between positive and safe combination parenting methods and attachment styles of children with attention adhd with maternal attachment style mediation. therefore, is expected that parents, using a positive and safe combination parenting method, can effectively lead to secure attachment in adhd children.keywords: positive and safe parenting style, secure attachment style, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (adhd).
