مقایسه کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص‌‌ توجه/ بیش‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌فعالی، اختلال یادگیری خاص و عادی از لحاظ پردازش حسی، کمک‌‌طلبی تحصیلی و راهبردهای حل مسئله

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی و مقایسه پردازش حسی، کمک‌طلبی تحصیلی و راهبردهای حل مسئله در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال‌‌های نقص توجه/ بیش‌فعالی، یادگیری خاص و دانش‌آموزان عادی انجام شد. روش: در پژوهش حاضر که از نوع علی مقایسه‌ای بود، از میان تمامی دانش‌آموزان 10 تا 12 ساله با اختلال‌های‌ نقص توجه/ بیش‌فعالی، یادگیری خاص و عادی شهر شیراز که در سال 1399 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، 150 نفر (50 نفر با اختلال نقص توجه/ بیش‌فعال، 50 نفر با اختلال یادگیری خاص و 50 نفر عادی) به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با لحاظ‌کردن ملاک‌‌های ورود و خروج انتخاب شدند. از ابزارهای مقیاس تشخیصی اختلال نقص توجه/ بیش‌فعالی snap (فرم والدین) مقیاس پردازش حسی، کمک‌طلبی تحصیلی و راهبردهای حل مسئله برای ارزیابی افراد استفاده شد. داده‌‌ها از راه آزمون تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری (مانوا) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد هر‌ سه گروه دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال‌های‌ نقص توجه/ بیش‌فعالی، یادگیری خاص و عادی در مولفه‌های پردازش حسی، کمک‌طلبی تحصیلی و راهبرد‌های حل مسئله اختلاف معناداری با هم دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه شواهدی بر مشکلات پردازش حسی، کمک‌طلبی تحصیلی و راهبرد‌های حل مسئله در دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال‌های‌ یادگیری خاص و نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی فراهم می‌کند. بنابراین لازم است مداخله‌ها و آموزش‌های روان‌شناختی در جهت بهبود و اصلاح مشکلات این دانش‌آموزان لحاظ شود.

Comparison of Children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disordery, Special Learning Disorder and Normal in Sensory Processing, Academic Help Seeking and Problem-solving Strategies

Objectives: The present study was conducted to evaluate and compare sensory processing, academic help seeking and problemsolving strategies in children with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, (ADHD) children with special learning disabilities, and normal students. Method: In the present comparative scientific type study, among all 1012 years old students of Shiraz, 150 people (50 people with (ADHD), 50 people with special learning disabilites and 50 normal people) were selected by purposive sampling and considering the entry and exit criteria. SNAP (Parent Form) Sensory Processing Scale, Academic Help Seeking Scale, and ProblemSolving Strategies were used to assess the participants. Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). Results: The results showed that all three groups of students had significant differences in the components of sensory processing, academic help seeking and problemsolving strategies. Conclusion: The findings of this study provide evidence of sensory processing problems, academic help seeking, and problemsolving strategies in students with ADHD and, special learning disabilities. Therefore, it is necessary to consider psychological interventions and training in order to improve and correct the problems of these students.
