نقش ابعاد رضایت زناشویی در پیش‌بینی اختلال رفتار مقابله‌ای و اختلال سلوک

هدف: با توجه به اینکه مشکلات رفتاری، همۀ جنبه های زندگی فردی و اجتماعی کودکان را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند، پژوهش حاضر، با هدف ارزیابی نقش ابعاد رضایت زناشویی والدین در تبیین اختلال سلوک و اختلال رفتار مقابله ای در فرزندان انجام شد. روش: نمونه پژوهش شامل 127 دانش آموز پسر مقطع راهنمایی شهر تهران و والدین و معلمان آنها بود که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده ها به کمک پرسشنامه های رضایت زناشویی انریچ و مقیاسهای فهرست مشکلات رفتاری کودک (cbcl)و فرم گزارش معلم (trf)که جزء نظام سنجش مبتنی بر تجربه آخنباخ هستند، گردآوری و با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و تحلیل رگرسیون تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که از میان ابعاد رضایت زناشویی تنها بعد تعارض می تواند اختلال سلوک در مقیاسهای cbcl مبتنی بر dsm و مبتنی بر تجربه را پیش بینی کند. بعد ارتباط نیز می تواند اختلال رفتار مقابله ای براساس نتایج مقیاسه ای cbcl مبتنی بر تجربه را پیش بینی کند. نتیجه گیری: مناسبات سالم بین والدین، نقشی تعیین کننده در شکل گیری توانایی سازگاری با دیگران در فرزندان دارد. نتایج نشان می دهد که مواجه های مکرر با تعارض والدین، در سطح درون روانی به اختلالات سلوک و رفتار مقابله ای در کودکان منجر می شود.

The Role of Dimensions of Marital Satisfaction in Prediction Oppositional Defiant Disorder and Conduct Disorder

Objective: Since behavior problems influence all dimensions of individual and social life in children, the aim of this study was to evaluate the contribution of parental marital satisfaction and to explain the conduct disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder in children. Methods: This correlation study was conducted on 127 boy students and their parents and teachers in Tehran in 2010. They were selected through cluster random sampling. Relevant data were collected using three questionnaires: ENRICH Marital Inventory, Child behavior check list (CBCL) and Teacher report form (TRF). By using descriptive statistic and regression the data were analyzed. Results: The findings revealed that the dimension of conflict can predict conduct disorder in CBCL based on DSM scale and CBCL based on experience scale. Dimension of communication can predict the Oppositional Defiant Disorder in CBCL based on experience scale. Conclusion: Healthy relationship between parents has a determinant contribution in shaping the ability to adjust with others. Findings indicate that repetitive confrontation with parental conflict can result to conduct disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder in children.
