اثربخشی برنامه‌ لیدکامب بر کاهش شدت لکنت کودکان پیش‌دبستانی

هدف: این پژوهش بالینی با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه لیدکامب بر کاهش شدت لکنت کودکان پیش دبستانی انجام شده است. روش: در قالب یک طرح نیمه آزمایشی بالینی تک گروهی با اندازه گیری مکرر، 10 کودک پیش دبستانی مبتلا به لکنت انتخاب شدند و به مدت 12 جلسه انفرادی، تحت آموزش برنامه لیدکامب قرار گرفتند. شدت لکنت کودکان براساس شاخص درصد هجاهای لکنت شده در سه مرحله اندازه گیری شد و اطلاعات به دست آمده از طریق تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر نشان داد که برنامه درمانی لیدکامب توانسته است در میزان لکنت کودکان پیش دبستانی از نظر آماری کاهش معناداری پدید آورد (p<0/01). نتیجه پژوهش حاضر، نقش موثر برنامه لیدکامب را در کاهش شدت لکنت کودکان پیش دبستانی تایید نمود .

The Effectiveness of Lidcombe Program in Reduction of Preschool Children’s Stuttering Severity

Objective: The purpose of this clinical study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Lidcombe Program in reduction of preschool children rsquo;s stuttering severity. Method: This study was a single group semiexperimental clinical trial with repeated measurement, in which 10 preschool stuttered children were selected and were affected by Lidcombe Program within a period of 12 individual sessions. Children rsquo;s stuttering severity was measured according to the percentage of syllables stuttered (%SS) at three time points. Obtained data were analyzed according to ANOVA with repeated management. Results: The results showed that Lidcombe Program could reduce significantly preschool children rsquo;s stuttering severity (p<0/01). Conclusion: This study confirmed the effectiveness of Lidcombe Program in reduction of preschool children rsquo;s stuttering severity.
