تاثیر آموزش مهارت‌های برقراری ارتباط موثر به مادران کودکان دارای اتیسم بر جوّ عاطفی، سازش‌پذیری و انسجام خانواده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر آموزش مهارت های ارتباط موثر به والدین کودکان دارای اتیسم بر بهبود جوّ عاطفی، سازش پذیری و انسجام خانواده کودکان دارای این اختلال انجام شد. روش: روش این پژوهش از نوع شبه تجربی و با طرح پیش آزمونپس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از میان مادران کودکان 4 تا 13 ساله دارای اتیسم از مرکز اتیسم تهران در سال تحصیلی 1394-1395، 24 نفر بر حسب شرایط ورود به پژوهش انتخاب و به شکل تصادفی در گروه های آزمایش و کنترل جای دهی شدند. پس از انجام پیش آزمون به کمک پرسش نامه های جوّ عاطفی خانواده و سازش پذیری و انسجام خانواده، به گروه آزمایش طی 8 جلسه مهارت های ارتباط موثر آموزش داده شد. در پایان از هر دو گروه سپس آزمون به عمل آمد و داده های حاصل با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس، تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش مهارت های برقراری ارتباط موثر سبب بهبودی جوّ عاطفی و همچنین افزایش سازش پذیری خانواده (p≤0/001) کودکان دارای اتیسم شده است. نتیجه گیری: آموزش مهارت های ارتباط موثر یک برنامه آموزشی کارآمد برای کمک به خانواده های کودکان دارای اتیسم است.

The Impact of Training Mothers of Autistic Children for Effective Communication Skills on Family Emotional Conditions, Adaptability and Cohesion

Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of training parents of children with autism for effective communication skills on family emotional conditions, family adaptability and cohesion improvement in families of autistic children. Method: The present study used a semiexperimental pretestposttest controlgroup design. Among the mothers of autistic children of 413 years old visiting Tehran Autism Center in the academic year 20152016, 24 mothers were selected according to eligibility criteria and were assigned to experimental and control groups through simple random sampling. After conducting the pretest using the Family Emotional Conditions Questionnaire (Hill Bern, 1964) and the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACESIII), the experimental group received 8 sessions of effective communication skills training. Ultimately, both groups took the posttest. Results: The resulting data were analyzed using the analysis of covariance. The results showed that effective communication skills training improves family emotional conditions and family adaptability (p pound;0.001) for children with autism. Conclusion: Effective communication skills training is an effective training program for helping families with autistic children.
