رابطه اختلالات اضطرابی با عملکرد ریاضی در کودکان مبتلا به عملکرد پایین در ریاضیات

هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه اختلالات اضطرابی با عملکرد ریاضی در دانش آموزان مبتلا به عملکرد پایین در ریاضیات است. روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانش آموزان منطقه دو تهران تشکیل می دهند که از بین آنها 8 مدرسه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و از بین این مدارس، دانش آموزانی که در آزمون کیمت (کانولی، 1988) 1/5 واحد انحراف استاندارد پایین تر از میانگین بودند (83 نفر)، به عنوان دانش آموزان دارای عملکرد پایین ریاضیات انتخاب شدند. دانش آموزان شرکت کننده به مقیاس نشانه های اختلال اضطرابی بیرماهر (1997) و آزمون محقّق ساخته عملکرد ریاضیات پاسخ دادند. یافته ها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که بین اختلالات اضطرابی و عملکرد ریاضی رابطه منفی معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج بدست آمده از رابطه عملکرد ریاضی با اختلال وحشت زدگی، اختلال اضطراب فراگیر، اختلال اضطراب جدایی، مدرسه هراسی و جمعیت هراسی نشان داد که دانش آموزانی که عملکرد ریاضی پایینی دارند ممکن است مبتلا به مشکلات هیجانی باشند. نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که اختلالات اضطرابی به عنوان یک عامل مهم می تواند در یادگیری ریاضیات تاثیر منفی داشته باشد و باعث شود که دانش آموزان به ویژه در سنین پایین دبستان از درس ریاضیات بترسند و از یادگیری این درس سر باز زنند.

Relationship of Anxiety Disorders with Mathematical Performance in Children with Mathematical Learning Disorders

Objective: One of the problems that cause parents frequently returned to the clinics is disability to learn mathematics. The aim of current study was to investigate relationship of Anxiety disorders with mathematical performance in children with mathematical learning disorders.Method: Statistical population of this study was composed of students in region 2 of Tehran. were chosen 8 schools randomly and among them, students who were 1 / 5 unit of standard deviation lower than average in K ndash; Mat test ( kanoli , 1988 ) were chosen as students that have learning disorder (83 people). Participant responds to Birmaher rsquo;s stress disorder scale and researcher ndash; built test of mathematical performance. Results: The results showed that there is a significant negative correlation between anxiety disorders and mathematics performance. The results of the relationship between mathematics performance with panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, separation anxiety disorder, school phobia and social anxiety showed that students who have low math performance may be suffering from emotional problems. Conclusion: Based on the results, it seems that anxiety disorder as an important factor could have a negative impact on learning mathematics. It causes that the students who fear math especially at an early age, refuse to learn this lesson.
