بررسی تاثیر آموزش رفتاری مهارت‌های همدلانه، بر سطوح همدلی و نظام‌مند‌سازی در کودکان دارای اتیسم‌ در شهر تهران

هدف. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی اثر آموزش رفتاری مهارت های همدلانه بر سطوح نظام مند سازی و همدلی در کودکان دارای اتیسم با عملکرد بالا است. روش: جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق، کودکان 7 تا 12 سالۀ دارای اتیسم با عملکرد بالا در شهر تهران بودند. نمونۀ مورد نظر شامل 12 کودک پسر دارای اتیسم (6 نفر گروه آزمایش و 6 نفر کنترل) با عملکرد بالا بود که با روش نمونه گیریِ دردسترس انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی متغیرهای نظام مند سازی و همدلی، فرم کودکانِ پرسشنامۀ همدلی بَهر و تحلیل بَهر (بارون کوهن، 2002) توسط مادران هر دو گروه، در ابتدا و پایان دوره تکمیل شد. یافته ها: تحلیل نتایج پژوهش از طریق آزمون t وابسته نشان داد که هر دو متغیر گروه آزمایش در پایان آموزش، افزایش معناداری نسبت به ابتدا داشت. نتیجه گیری: می توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مهارت های همدلانه می تواند در نمرۀ همدلی و نظام مند سازی تغییرات معناداری ایجاد کند.

Investigating the Effect of Behavioral Training of Empathetic Skills on the Levels of Empathy and Systemizing in Children with High Function in Autism in Tehran

Objective: The Present study investigates the effect of training empathy skills on systemizing levels and empathy level in high functioning children with Autism.Method: Population of study includes all children (712ys) with high performance autism in Tehran province. 12 male children with high performance autism (6 for experimental and 6 for control group) were selected through convenient sampling. To investigate the systemizing and empathizing variable, EQSQ Questionnaires (Baron Cohen, 2002) were completed by mothers of both groups in the beginning and at the end of the study.Results: Analysis of the data show that systemizing levels in both groups increased significantly after the completion of the training course. Conclusion: It can be concluded that instructing empathizing skills can make significant changes in empathizing and systemizing scores.
