عوامل موثر در کودک‌آزاری در محیط خانواده

اهداف: کودک‌آزاری جرمی شایع است و معلول عوامل چندگانه فردی و محیطی است که با هم ترکیب شده و احتمال بروز انواع این آسیب اجتماعی را شدت می‌بخشد. هدف این مطالعه، شناخت عوامل موثر در کودک‌آزاری در محیط خانواده بود.مشارکت‌کنندگان و روش‌ها: در این تحقیق از روش کیفی و مصاحبه عمیق با کارشناسان استفاده شد و با تحلیل شرح حال 12 نمونه گزارش‌شده، علاوه بر توصیف ویژگی‌های جامعه‌شناختی بزه‌دیدگان، وجود عوامل موثر در کودک‌آزاری در هر یک از نمونه‌ها ارزیابی شد.یافته‌ها: شاخص فقر در 5 مورد، شاخص خانواده ناپایدار تک‌والد در 8 مورد، شاخص اعتیاد در 6 مورد، شاخص عدم آموزش مراقبت از خود در بزه‌دیده در 5 مورد و شاخص عقب‌ماندگی ذهنی بزه‌دیده در 3 مورد مشاهده شد. بیشترین سوء رفتار نسبت به دختران در مقایسه با پسران گزارش شد. ارتکاب کودک‌آزاری توسط آشنایان کودک بیش از غریبه‌ها بود. کودک‌آزاری مستمر و تکراری بیش از موارد اتفاقی عنوان شد. در بیش از نیمی از نمونه‌ها پدیده طلاق، اعتیاد و فقر در محیط زندگی کودکان آسیب‌دیده مشاهده شد. آزار جنسی در مورد دختربچه‌ها بیش از آزارهای جسمی و عاطفی گزارش شد.نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل موثر در کودک‌آزاری شامل فقر، خانواده ناپایدار و تک‌والد، اعتیاد، عدم آموزش مراقبت از خود و عقب‌ماندگی ذهنی و معلولیت هستند.

Effective Factors of Child Abuse within Family

Aim(s): Child abuse is a common crime and it is caused by multiple individual and environmental factors that are combined. It increases the likelihood of this type of social harm. The aim of this study was to investigate the effective factors of child abuse within family.Participants Methods: In this study, qualitative method and indepth interviews with experts were used and by analyzing the biographical data of 12 reported cases, in addition to describing the sociological characteristics of the victims, the presence of effective factors on child abuse was assessed in each sample.Findings: Poverty index in 5 cases, single parent unstable family index in 8 cases, addiction index in 6 cases, lack of selfcare education in 5 cases and mental retardation index in 3 cases were observed. Girls were more to be abused than boys. Child abuse by child acquaintances was more than strangers. Repeated and continuous child abuse was more than accidental cases. In more than half of the cases, the phenomenon of divorce, addiction and poverty was found in the living environment of the affected children. Sexual abuse of girls was reported more than physical and emotional abuse.Conclusion: Factors affecting child abuse include poverty, unstable and single parent families, addiction, lack of selfcare education, and mental retardation and disability.
