شناسایی و اولویت بندی مولفه های تولید پایدار در صنایع کارتن سازی

واحدهای مختلف کارتن سازی در گستره وسیعی از کارگاه های کوچک تا واحدهای صنعتی بزرگ در کشور فعالیت می کنند که با داشتن شرایط لازم در رشد اقتصادی، اشتغال زایی و توسعه بازارهای صادراتی نقش موثری ایفا می کنند. معرفی مولفه ها و زیر مولفه های موثر بر پایداری تولید در این صنعت می تواند نقشه راه فعالیت های تجاری علاقه مندان به این نوع از کسب وکارها باشد. هدف این تحقیق شناسایی و اولویت بندی مولفه ها و زیر مولفه های پایداری تولید در صنایع کارتن سازی، تعیین جایگاه فعلی آنها با نگرش ارزیابی فعالیت های مختلف مدیریت عملیات و نظارت بر عملکرد تولید پایدار برای دستیابی به سطوح مطلوب پایداری تولید واحدهای صنایعکارتن سازی می باشد. با مطالعه و بررسی منابع در دسترس تعداد هفت مولفه اصلی تاثیرگذار بر پایداری تولید در صنعت کارتن سازی بهنام های قوانین و مقررات، اقتصادی، زیست محیطی، تکنولوژیکی، اجتماعی، انسانی، مواد و محصول و 43 زیر مولفه شناسایی شدند با تنظیم پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخت و توزیع آن در بین مدیران و کارشناسان صنعت کارتن سازی باهدف تاثیرگذاری هر مولفه و زیر مولفه بر پایداری تولید و نیز وضعیت فعلی آنها بررسی و نتایج حاصله با آزمون های مربوطه تحلیل گردید. بر اساس یافته های تحقیق ، کلیه مولفه های موثر بر پایداری تولید بر اساس ضرایب استاندارد و معناداری معادله های ساختاری و نیز معیار پیش بین تایید و کیفیت داده های ارائه شده با شاخص افزونگی با روایی متقاطع از اعتبار لازم جهت پیش بینی برخوردار هستند. اولویت بندی مولفه ها بر اساس میانگین رتبه ای و فاصله تا پایداری مولفه های اقتصادی، مواد و محصول و تکنولوزیکی کمترین فاصله و مولفه های زیست محیطی، قوانین و مقررات بیشترین فاصله را برای نیل به پایداری در صنعت کارتن سازی داشتند بنابراین برای نیل به پایداری تولید در صنعت کارتن سازی مولفه های زیست محیطی، قوانین و مقررات باید بیش ازپیش مورد توجه قرار گیرند. شرکت های صنایع کارتن سازی می توانند با بهره گیری از نتایج این تحقیق در راستای نیل به تولید پایدار جهت گیری نمایند. بنابراین با بررسی و تحلیل وضعیت موجود خود، موقعیت سازمان خود را از نظر مولفه ها و زیر مولفه های پایداری تولید تعیین نموده و سپس برای نیل به جایگاه بهتر، با تعیین و اجرای پروژه هایی، کمبودها و مشکلات مرتبط را برطرف نمایند.

identifying and prioritizing the components of sustainable production in the corrugated box making industry

various corrugated board making units operate in a wide range from small workshops to largeindustrial units in the country. these units possess the necessary conditions to play an effectiverole in economic growth, job creation and development of export markets. introducing thecomponents and sub-components that affect the sustainability of production in this industry canbe a roadmap for the business activities of those interested in this type of business. the purposeof this research is to identify and prioritize the components and sub-components of productionsustainability in corrugated board making industries, to determine their current position byevaluating the different operations management activities and monitoring sustainable productionperformance in order to achieve the desired levels of production sustainability of cartonmanufacturing units. by studying and reviewing the available literature and sources, seven maincomponents affecting the sustainability of production in the corrugated board making industry,namely regulations, economic, environmental, technological, social, human, material andproduct, and 43 sub-components were identified by setting up a researcher made questionnaire.the questionnaire construction and distribution among the managers and experts of the industrywith the aim of influencing each component and sub-component on production stability and theircurrent status were investigated and the results were analyzed with the relevant tests. based onthe findings of the research, all the components affecting the sustainability of production basedon the standard coefficients and significance of the structural equations as well as the predictivecriterion of verification and quality of the data presented with the redundancy index with crossvalidityhave the necessary validity for prediction. the prioritization of components based on therank average and the distance to the sustainability of the economic, material, product andtechnological components showed the lowest distance and the environmental components, rulesand regulations showed the greatest distance to achieve sustainability in the carton industry.therefore, in order to achieve the sustainability of production in the industry of environmentalcomponents, laws and regulations should be paid more attention. corrugated board makingcompanies can take advantage of the results of this research in order to achieve sustainableproduction. therefore, by examining and analyzing their current situation, they determine theposition of their organization in terms of the components and sub-components of productionsustainability, and then to achieve a better position, they fix the deficiencies and related problemsby determining and implementing projects.
