تدوین مدل ساختاری اعتیاد به بازی‌های اینترنتی بر اساس تکانشگری با میانجی‌گری راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در نوجوانان شهر تهران

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تدوین مدل ساختاری اعتیاد به بازی ‌های اینترنتی بر اساس تکانش‌گری با میانجی‌‏گری راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در نوجوانان شهر تهران بود.روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ آماری شامل کلیه دانش ‌آموزان پسر دوره‌ متوسطه دوم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1402- 1403 بود. حجم نمونه با روش نمونه‏‌گیری خوشه‌ ای تصادفی 500 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ های پژوهش شامل آزمون اعتیاد به بازی های اینترنتی (igd-20 test) پونتز و همکاران (2014م)، مقیاس تکانشگری بارات(bis-11) پاتون و همکاران (1995م) و فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه تنظیم شناختی هیجانی(cerq) گرانفسکی و کرایج (2006) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد.نتایج: یافته‌ های پژوهش نشان داد که اثرات مستقیم تکانشگری و راهبردهای تنظیم‌شناختی هیجان بر اعتیاد به بازی های اینترنتی معنادار بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین تکانشگری با اعتیاد به بازی‏های اینترنتی نقش میانجی و معنادار دارند.بحث و نتیجه‌‏گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، پیشنهاد می‌شود که رابطه‌ بین این متغیرها در مداخله‌های مرتبط با اعتیاد به بازی های اینترنتی دانش‌‏آموزان موردتوجه قرار گیرد. شناسایی متغیرهای موثر در بروز اعتیاد به بازی های اینترنتی به متخصصان روان‌شناسی و مشاوره کمک می‌کند تا بر عوامل مذکور تمرکز کنند و فعالیت‌های خود را به گونه‌ای سازماندهی کنند که این امر منجر به ارائه خدمات موثرتر به مراجعان آسیب ‌پذیر شود.

the development of structural model of internet game addiction based on impulsivity with mediation role of cognitive emotion regulation in adolescents in tehran city

introduction: the purpose of the present study was to investigate the development of a structural model of internet game addiction based on impulsivity, with the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation in adolescents in tehran.method: this study employed a descriptive-correlational research design. the statistical population consisted of male students in tehran during the academic year 2023-2024. a sample of 500 students was selected using random cluster sampling. the data collection instruments included the internet gaming disorder questionnaire (igdq) developed by pontes et al. (2014), the barratt impulsivity scale (bis-11) by patton et al. (1995), and the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (cerq) by garnefski and kraaij (2006). data were analyzed using pearson correlation and structural equation modeling.results: the results indicated that both impulsivity and cognitive emotion regulation had a significant direct effect on internet game addiction. additionally, the findings revealed that cognitive emotion regulation played a mediating role in the relationship between impulsivity and internet game addiction.discussion and conclusion: based on the results of this research, it is recommended that the relationship between these variables be considered in interventions addressing internet game addiction among students. overall, identifying the factors that influence the development of internet game addiction will enable psychologists and counselors to concentrate on these critical elements and organize their activities accordingly. this approach will ultimately lead to the provision of more effective services for vulnerable clients.
