مصرف مواد روانگردان و رفتار جنسی

مقدمه: رابطه‌ بین مواد روان گردان و رفتار جنسی یک حوزه در حال رشد مورد علاقه در زمینه تحقیقات مصرف مواد است که عمدتاً به دلیل رفتارهای جنسی پرخطر در میان افراد وابسته به مواد است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی روابط چندگانه مصرف انواع مواد روان‌گردان و رفتار جنسی است.روش: در این پژوهش از روش مرور روایی استفاده شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها، با استفاده از واژه‌های کلیدی مصرف جنسی مواد، کارکردها و کژ کاری‌های جنسی، رفتارهای پرخطر جنسی، و تجاوز جنسی تسهیل شده با مواد مقالات مرتبط با استفاده از موتورهای جستجوگر google scholar و pubmed و همچنین در پایگاه‌های داده ای noormags، sid و irandoc مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند.نتایج: مصرف جنسی مواد رفتاری نسبتاً شایع است. مصرف حاد مواد می‌توانند با تقویت و یا بهبود کارکردهای جنسی همراه باشند و با کاهش بازداری‌ها، رفتار جنسی را تسهیل کنند. مصرف مزمن مواد با کژکاری‌های جنسی از جمله کاهش میل جنسی و کژ کاری نعوظ همراه هستند. مصرف مواد همچنین رفتارهای جنسی پرخطر و ابتلا به بیماری‌های جنسی مقاربتی را افزایش می‌دهند. تجاوز جنسی تسهیل شده با مواد رفتاری شایع است، اگرچه معمولاً کمتر گزارش می‌شود.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: سنجش روابط بین مصرف مواد و رفتار جنسی بخش مهمی از ارزیابی جامع و برنامه‌ریزی برای درمان است. مزایای بالینی پرداختن به این مسائل، از کاهش رفتارهای مخاطره‌آمیز جنسی تا بهبود کیفیت زندگی افراد، می‌تواند قابل توجه باشد.

introduction: the relationship between psychoactive substances and sexual behavior is an increasingly important area of research in substance use, primarily due to the prevalence of high risk sexual behaviors among individuals with substance dependence. the aim of this study was to examine the various relationships between the use of different psychoactive substances and sexual behavior. method: this study employed a narrative review methodology. to collect data, relevant articles were searched using the keywords  substance use, functions and dysfunctions, sexual behaviors, and  sexual assault. using google scholar and pubmed, as well as the noormags, sid, and irandoc databases. results: behavioral substance use is relatively common. acute substance use can enhance or improve sexual function and facilitate sexual behavior by reducing inhibitions. chronic substance use is linked to sexual dysfunctions, such as decreased libido and erectile dysfunction. additionally, substance use contributes to high risk sexual behaviors and increases the incidence of sexually transmitted infections (stis). substance facilitated sexual assault is prevalent, yet it is often underreported. discussion and conclusions: evaluating the relationship between substance use and sexual behavior is a crucial component of comprehensive assessment and treatment planning. the clinical benefits of addressing these issues can be substantial, ranging from a reduction in risky sexual behaviors to an enhancement of individuals’ quality of life.
