نقش جهت‌گیری مذهبی و مکانیسم‌های دفاعی در استفاده از هرزه‌نگاری جنسی

مقدمه: تاثیرات منفی گسترده هرزه نگاری جنسی به عنوان یک معضل درحال‌رشد در دنیای امروز، پرسش های زیادی درباره‌ عوامل موثر در گرایش به آن ایجاد کرده است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش جهت گیری مذهبی و مکانیسم های دفاعی در استفاده از هرزه نگاری جنسی در گروه دانشجویان بود.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان بودند. تعداد 377 نفر، از طریق روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه های هرزه نگاری کر و همکاران (2013م)، خودگردانی مذهبی (ریان و همکاران، 1993م) و مکانیزم های دفاعی اندروز و همکاران (1993م) استفاده گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون انجام شد.نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد بین ابعاد جهت گیری مذهبی درون فکنی شده و خودپذیر با هرزه نگاری جنسی رابطه‌ معکوس و معنی‌دار و بین مکانیسم دفاعی رشدنایافته با هرزه نگاری جنسی رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد جهت گیری مذهبی خودپذیر و مکانیسم دفاعی رشدنایافته در گام نخست وارد معادله شده و به ترتیب 0.13 و 0.02درصد واریانس را برای هرزه نگاری جنسی تبیین می کنند (0.01 =p).بحث و نتیجه ‌گیری: پایبندی مذهبی، نگرش به هرزه ‌نگاری و مکانیسم‌ های دفاعی نقش تعیین‌کننده ای در پیش‌بینی میل به هرزه‌ نگاری جنسی داشته است؛ بنابراین متخصصان سلامت جامعه می توانند در زمینه‌ مقابله با هرزه ‌نگاری جنسی، از آموزه‌ های مذهبی و مکانیسم ‌های دفاعی رشدیافته در تدوین برنامه‌ های پیشگیرانه و درمانی استفاده نمایند

the role of religious orientation and defense mechanisms in the use of sexual pornography

introduction: the widespread negative effects of pornography, which is an increasingly prevalent issue in today’s society, have raised numerous questions regarding the factors that influence the tendency to engage with it. the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of religious orientation and defense mechanisms in the use of pornography among a group of students.method: the method of the present study was both descriptive and correlational. the statistical population comprised all students at the university of sistan and baluchestan. a total of 377 individuals were selected as samples using a multi stage cluster sampling method. to gather information, we utilized the pornography questionnaires developed by kerr et al. (2013), the religious self regulation scale by ryan et al. (1993), and the defense mechanisms inventory created by andrews et al. (1993). data analysis was conducted using pearson correlation and regression analysis.results: the findings indicated a significant inverse relationship between the dimensions of introverted and self accepting religious orientation and sexual pornography. additionally, there was a significant direct relationship between immature defense mechanisms and sexual pornography. additionally, the results of the stepwise regression indicated that self accepting religious orientation and immature defense mechanisms were included in the equation during the first step, explaining 0.13% and 0.02% of the variance in sexual pornography, respectively (p = 0.01).discussion and conclusion: religious adherence, attitudes toward pornography, and defense mechanisms play a crucial role in predicting the desire for sexual pornography. therefore, community health professionals can utilize religious teachings and mature defense mechanisms to develop preventive and therapeutic programs aimed at combating sexual pornography.
