تحلیل تمایز اختلالات شخصیتی خوشه b بر اساس نظریه ذهن، چشم انداز زمان، اضطراب اجتماعی و ترس از صمیمیت

مقدمه: اختلالات شخصیت از جمله اختلالاتی است که تاثیر زیادی بر زندگی شخص می‌گذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل تمایز اختلالات شخصیتی خوشه b بر اساس نظریه ذهن، چشم انداز زمان، اضطراب اجتماعی و ترس از صمیمیت بود.روش: طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع علّی مقایسه‌ای و از لحاظ جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی افراد مبتلا به اختلال شخصیت خوشه b در مناطق 1 و 2 شهر تهران بود. با توجه به تعداد گروه‌ها و متغیرهای تمیزی حجم نمونه  برابر با 120 نفر برآورد شد و در نهایت 116 پرسشنامه کامل و معتبر جمع آوری شد. این افراد از بین مراجعه کنندگان به کلینیک‌های مناطق 1 و 2 شهر تهران به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه‌های نظریه ذهن، چشم انداز زمان، اضطراب اجتماعی و ترس از صمیمیت پاسخ دادند. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل تمایز با نرم افزار spss-23 استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که در نظریه ذهن و ترس از صمیمیت بین گروه‌های مورد بررسی تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. اما در بین مولفه‌های چشم‌انداز زمان، مولفه‌های گذشته – منفی، حال لذت‌گرا، آینده، آینده متعالی، گذشته مثبت و حال - سرنوشت در گروه‌های مورد بررسی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. در متغیر اضطراب اجتماعی نیز تنها در مولفه­ی ترس از انزوای اجتماعی، بین گروه‌های مورد بررسی تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت.بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نقش تمیزی متغیرهای چشم انداز و اضطراب اجتماعی در افراد دارای اختلالات شخصیتی خوشه b، می‌توان از این متغیرها جهت تشخیص افتراقی و همچنین طرح مداخله استفاده کرد.

differential analysis of cluster b personality disorders based on the theory of mind, time perspective, social anxiety and fear of intimacy

introduction: personality disorders are among the disorders that have a great impact on a person’s life. the aim of the present study was to analyze the differentiation of cluster b personality disorders based on the theory of mind, time perspective, social anxiety, and fear of intimacy. method: the design of the present study was comparatively causal and descriptive in terms of data collection. the statistical population included all individuals with cluster b personality disorders in areas 1 and 2 of tehran. according to the number of groups and the number of differential variables, the sample size was estimated to be 120 people and finally, 116 of the complete and valid questionnaires were collected. participants answered the theory of mind, time perspective, social anxiety, and fear of intimacy questionnaires. in order to analyze the data, the differential analysis method with spss-23 was used. results: the results showed that there was no significant difference in the theory of mind and fear of intimacy between the groups. but there was a significant difference between the components of time perspective, including the past - negative, hedonistic present, future, transcendent future, positive past, and present - destiny. in the variable of social anxiety, only in the fear of social isolation component, there was a significant difference between the studied groups. discussion and conclusion: considering the role of purity of landscape variables and social anxiety in people with b-cluster personality disorder, these variables can be used for differential diagnosis as well as intervention design.
