ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخه فارسی مقیاس سازش‎یافتگی روان‌شناختی

مقدمه: سازگاری با شرایط بحرانی و ضربه‌های روان‎شناختی یکی از مفاهیمی است که پژوهش‌های فراوانی را به خود جلب کرده است. برخورداری از مقیاسی روا و معتبر برای پژوهش‌هایی که در داخل کشور به این حوزه می‌پردازند، ضرورتی اجتناب‎ناپذیر است. در این پژوهش آماده‎سازی نسخه فارسی مقیاس سازش‎یافتگی روان‎شناختی و ارزیابی ویژگی‎های روان‏سنجی آن مورد نظر قرار گرفته است. روش: نمونه پژوهش حاضر را 233 نفر از والدین دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلالات طیف اوتیسم که ساکن تهران بودند تشکیل داده که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. نسخه فارسی مقیاس سازش‎یافتگی روان‌شناختی پس از طی مراحل ترجمه بازترجمه، تنظیم و همراه با پرسشنامه‌های تاب‌آوری و افسردگی، اضطراب و تنیدگی اجرا گردید. برای بررسی روایی مقیاس، به بررسی روایی سازه با روش‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و روایی همگرا و واگرا از طریق محاسبه همبستگی پیرسون پرداخته شد و برای بررسی اعتبار آن از روش محاسبه‌ی آلفای کرونباخ، تتای ترتیبی و اعتبار مرکب استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی حاکی از وجود سه عامل آزمودگی، ژرفانگری و یکپارچگی اجتماعی بود و نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی دلالت بر نیکویی برازش و مطلوب بودن مدل به‌دست‌آمده داشتند. همبستگی‌های معنادار بین عوامل به‌دست‌آمده با مقیاس‌های تاب‌آوری و افسردگی، اضطراب و تنیدگی نیز روایی همگرا و واگرای مقیاس سازش‎یافتگی روان‌شناختی را تایید می‌کنند. اعتبار مقیاس با استفاده از محاسبه‌ی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای کل مقیاس 0.95 و عامل‌های آن در دامنه 0.86 تا 0.94، اعتبار مرکب عوامل در دامنه 0.87 تا 0.93 و تتای ترتیبی کل مقیاس برابر با 0.94 به دست آمد. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طور کلی می‌توان گفت نسخه فارسی مقیاس سازش‎یافتگی روان‌شناختی ساختاری سه عاملی داشته و از روایی و اعتبار لازم برای کاربرد در پژوهش‌های روان‌شناختی با نمونه ایرانی برخوردار است.

Psychometric Properties of the Persian Version of the Psychological Adaptation Scale

Introduction: Adaptation to critical situations and psychological trauma is considered as one of the issues which has attracted a lot of attention. Thus, designing a reliable and valid scale for the studies conducted in Iran is inevitable. The present study aimed to design the Persian version of the Psychological Adaptation Scale and evaluate its psychometric feature. Method: The sample included 233 parents having children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in Tehran who were selected based on convenience sampling method. The Persian version of the Psychological Adaptation Scale was performed after translating, backtranslating and revising, and was given to the subjects along with the Resilience and Depression, Anxiety, Stress questionnaires. The construct validity of the scale was investigated through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and convergent and divergent validity were evaluated by using Pearson correlation. Regarding the reliability, Cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability and coefficient theta were used. Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis indicated three factors of experience, deliberation and social integration and the results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated good fitness of the model. In addition, significant correlations were observed between the obtained factors and the Resilience and Depression, Anxiety, Stress scales, which confirm the convergent and divergent validity of the Psychological Adaption Scale. The reliability of the scale was calculated by using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.95 for the whole scale, and 0.860.94 for its factors. Further, it ranged 0.87 to 0.93 for the composite reliability of the factors and 0.94 for coefficient theta for the whole scale. Conclusion: In general, the results of this study indicated that the Persian version of Psychological Adaptation Scale includes three factors, which has appropriate reliability and validity for application in psychological studies conducted for Iranian samples.
