تحلیل انتقادی دیدگاه دنت پیرامون رابطه دین و سلوک اخلاقی

از دغدغه‌های مهم متعاطیان حوزه کلام جدید، فلسفه دین و فلسفه اخلاق تحلیل رابطه دین و اخلاق است. دنیل دنت با نگاهی منفی‌نگرانه به مباحث این حوزه دامن زده است. او به بیان کارکردهای مثبت اخلاقی دین از سوی حامیان دین اشاره می‌کند و آنها را در چند محور به بحث می‌گذارد که از جمله آنها رابطه دین با سلوک اخلاقی است. درمجموع نگاه دنت نگاهی منفی به کارکرد اخلاقی دین است. بدین‌رو، مسئله تحقیق پیش رو بررسی و رصد نقدهای دنت به کارکرد دین در حوزه سلوک اخلاقی و ارزیابی آن با الهام از دیدگاه حکمای اسلامی است. روش تحقیق در مقام گردآوری کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی و در مقام داوری تحلیلی عقلی است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که استانداردهای علمی موید دیدگاه دنت نیست و او به‌رغم شعار علم‌گرایی، ضوابط تحقیق و بی‌طرفی علمی را در بحث رعایت نکرده است. قضاوت‌های او غالباً نادرست، آمیخته به انواع مغالطات و کژتابی‌ها و فاقد وجاهت معرفتی لازم است.

dennett’s view on relation of religion and moral action, a critical study

an important debate in new theology, philosophy of religion and ethics is how to evaluate the relationship between religion and morality. daniel dennett concerns the problem pessimistically. he has narrated the useful moral functions of religion, declared by the proponents of religion and objected them in several ways. one of the mentioned affairs in this field, is the relation between religion and moral action, in which he persuades religious malfunction. therefore, the present issue is to study dennett’s critics on religious function in moral behavior and evaluate it from the viewpoint of islamic philosophers. the method of research in the context of discovery is library study, and in the context of evaluation id rational-analytical one. the result is that scientific standards do not agree with dennett’s view, and he has not followed them in the ground. his judgements are objected by composition of several fallacies, lacking appropriate credibility.
