حضور فزاینده روسیه در شرق دریای خزر و چالش با منافع راهبری انگلیس تا پایان عصر ناصری (1313 تا 1209ق/1895 تا 1794م)

طی قرن نوزدهم میلادی، سیزدهم هجری، حضور روسیه در آسیای میانه به صورت فزاینده ای افزایش یافت. این امر ایران را در معرض تجاوزات تازه قرار داد و به چالش روابط روس و انگلیس دامن زد. آثار مختلفی که تاکنون درباره روابط روس و انگلیس نوشته شده، بیشتر به شرح رویدادهای نظامی بسنده کرده و به اهمیّت سازوکار دیپلماسی روسیه، کمتر اشاره شده است. این تحقیق می کوشد تحلیل تازه ای از کاربَست روش های سیاسی و نظامی روسیه، در آسیای میانه و بازتاب های منطقه ای آن ارائه کند. روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی (descriptive analytical) و اسنادی (method documentar) است و استناد به منابع دست اول و معاهدات و مکاتبات تاریخی، در اولویت قرار گرفته است. همچنین نویسندگان با هدف مشخص کردن ابعاد سیاست خارجی روسیه در آسیای میانه، درصدد یافتن پاسخ این پرسش ها هستند: روسیه چگونه توانست حاکمیّت خود را بر سرزمین های پهناور شرق دریای خزر تحمیل کند؟ ایران و انگلیس در برابر توسعه طلبی آن کشور چه اقداماتی انجام دادند؟چنین فرض می شود که اقدامات نظامی، تنها ابزاری نبود که روسیه از آن استفاده می کرد و سیاستمداران آن کشور نیز، در موفقیت های کشور خود نقش داشته اند. نتایج این تحقیق نیز نشان می دهد: بازتاب رقابت های استعماری روس و انگلیس، در جغرافیای سیاسی سواحل دریای خزر، بسیار تاثیرگذار بود و روسیه از ترکیب ابزارهای موثر، مانند روابط اقتصادی، روش های سیاسی، مطالعات میدانی، نفوذ اطلاعاتی و اقدامات نظامی استفاده و حاکمیت خود را بر سراسر آسیای میانه تثبیت کرد.

The Expansion of Russia's Presence in the East Caspian Sea and Challenge for England's Interests to the End of Nasser Aldan Shah's Period (1794_1895A.D)

The presence of Russia remarkably increased in Central Asia in the 19th Century. This presence not only led Iran to be exposed to invasion but also created the challenges for the relations between Russia and England. The available studies, related to the relations between Russia and England, mainly discuss about the military events however, the diplomacy of Russia is scarcely targeted. This study endeavors to present a new analysis of Russia's military and political policies in Central Asia with its effects. In fact, such study aims to determine precisely the foreign policy of Russia in Central Asia based on primary resources, treaties and historical correspondences with descriptive ndash analytical approach. Therefore, the main questions of such study are: How could Russia impose its sovereignty on the districts of East Caspian Sea? What were the reactions of Iran and England against Russia's policies? It is assumed that the military actions of Russia had not been the sole concern of Russia and the authorities of Russia had a considerable role in Russia's progress. The outcome of this research demonstrates that not only the colonial rivalries between Russia and England had effected on political geography of Caspian Sea's coasts but also Russia employed effective means such as economical relations, political methods, field studies, informational influence and military actions to maintain its sovereignty on Central Asia totally.
