تبیین سبک رهبری معنوی شهید خرازی و ارتباط آن با سلامت سازمانی در لشکر 14 امام حسین(ع) در دوران دفاع مقدس (1359 تا 1367 ش / 1980 تا 1988 م)

رهبری به سبک معنوی شیوه نوینی از رهبری است که بدنبال پایداری معنوی سازمان خود است و در این راه سلامت روانی کارکنان خود را پرورش میدهد. در این راستا فرماندهان دفاع مقدس با روش های راهبرد خود نقش موثری در پرورش انگیزه در رزمندگان و پیروزی های پی در پی در جنگ تحمیلی داشتند، این روش های مدیریت را می توان در چارچوب معنایی سبک رهبری معنوی مورد ارزیابی قرار داد.این مطالعه از طریق مصاحبه های متوالی و با پرسشنامه بررسی سبک رهبری فرمانده لشکر 14 امام حسین(ع)‌، شهید حسین خرازی در میان 210 نفر از بسیجیان شهر کاشان که در ایام دفاع مقدس در لشکر 14 امام حسین (ع) حضور داشتند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش صوری میباشد. روایی متغییرهای آن با آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی گردید. این پژوهش با نرم افزار آماری spss مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. در یافته های این پژوهش مشهود است که بین سبک رهبری معنوی شهید خرازی در دفاع مقدس با سلامت سازمانی لشکر 14 امام حسین(ع) رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و با افزایش رهبری معنوی ایشان سلامت سازمان افزایش یافته است. یافته های رگرسیون در این تحقیق بیان میکند که 7 بعد، رهبری معنوی توانسته اند 56 % از واریانس سازمان سالم را تبیین کنند.

Explanation of Spiritual Leadership Style of Martyr Hossein Kharrazi, and its Relationship to Organizational Health of 14th Imam Hossein Division during IranIraq War (198088)

Spiritual leadership is a new leadership style in organizations, which strives to ensure the spiritual survival of the employees, and can also nurture their mental health. In this regard, relying on their management and leadership style, IRGC commanders played a key role in motivating the volunteer forces (Basij), and achieving numerous victories during the Imposed War. This may be examined through the concept of spiritual leadership style. This was a survey study using a questionnaire, examining the spiritual leadership style of Martyr Hossein Kharrazi, the commander of 14th Imam Hossein Division, and included 210 Basijis in the Iranian city of Kashan, during the Sacred Defense Week, who were members of this division. The validity of the study and validity of the scales were respectively confirmed through face validity and Cronbach’s alpha. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS. These findings suggest that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual leadership style of Martyr Hossein Kharrazi during the Imposed War and the organizational health of 14th Imam Hossein Division. Hence, there will be an increase in the organizational health with an increase in spiritual leadership of Martyr Kharrazi. The results of regression indicates that overall the seven dimensions of spiritual leadership account for 56% of variance in the organizational health.
