فاکتورینگ یا عاملیت شیوه‎ا‏ی تامین مالی است که فروشنده‏ای، مطالبات خود را به موسسه‏‏ی ثالث‏ منتقل کرده تا آن موسسه‏‏، مطالبات را اداره، وصول یا تنزیل نماید.در عاملیت کامل، تمام حساب‏های دریافتنی حاصل از فروش کالاها، تحت شرایط عادی توسط عامل خریداری می‏گردد و امکان دسترسی سریع مشتری(صادرکننده) به وجوه نقد فراهم می‏شود. عامل با اخذ کارمزد توافق شده یا اخذ بهره‏ی ناشی از تامین مالی بهره‏مند می‏گردد و تسویه حساب میان عامل و مشتری در تاریخ قرارداد عاملیت و هنگام معامله‏ی اسناد با درصد مناسب تنزیل یا در تاریخ سررسید و یا هنگامی است که عامل موفق شود که کلیه‏ی وجوه را از خریداران کالاها و خدمات مشتری جمع آوری کند، صورت می‏گیرد.عاملیت کامل به برخی از نهادهای فقهی و حقوقی شباهت دارد که در این نوشتار با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‏ای و مراجعه به آرای فقیهان و حقوقدانان با عقود جعاله، حق‏العمل‏کاری و دلالی مقارنه شده و نتیجه اینکه عاملیت کامل به همه‎ی نهادها شباهت دارد ولی به دلیل برخی وجوه افتراق فقط با خرید دین قابلیت انطباق دارد.
