ترابط حقوق شهروندی و مبانی آن با حقوق نفت و گاز در ایران

حقوق شهروندی در مسائلی مانند صیانت از منابع طبیعی، حفظ امنیت، رعایت حقوق مالکیت، حق اشتغال، حداکثر بهره‌برداری از ظرفیت‌ها و مواردی دیگر با حقوق نفت و گاز ارتباط داشته و در قوانین و قراردادهای مرتبط با قراردادهای نفت و گاز مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد. در این تحقیق با پرداختن به ارتباط این موضوعات تلاش می‌شود زمینه آگاهی از ابعاد این مسئله و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب با این حقوق توسط اولیاء امور فراهم شده و جایگاه بین‌المللی نظام ما نسبت به این عناوین مشترک بشری مشخص شود. به نظر می‌رسد با پیش کشیدن نظریه‌ای به نام نظریه مالکیت طولی بر ذخایر نفت و گاز بتوان نسبتی از جانب فراز به فرود میان حقوق بشر و حقوق شهروندی مطرح کرد. مطالعات علوم انسانی و میان رشته‌ای چهار راه علوم است که ابعاد مختلف بسیاری از موضوعات مبتلا به را در معرض دید محققین و برنامه ریزان و مجریان قرار می‌دهد.

The Correlation between Citizenship rights and its Foundations and Oil & Gas laws in Iran

Concerning issues such as protection of natural resources and environment, security, observance of intellectual property and citizens’ objective property, profession issue, and maximum use of Iran’s capacity and other cases, citizenship rights has common ground with oil and gas laws, which in a way is taken into consideration in rules related to oil and gas contracts. This research deals with common issues, whose correlation will get visible in a way that society members get informed and ground will be prepared for planning by authorities and also our government’s international stand towards these common human subjects will be specified. The humanities and interdisciplinary studies of the fourdiscipline of science, which puts the various dimensions of many of the issues in the hands of researchers, planners, and implementers.
