تبیین عوامل زمینه ساز سلامت جنسی زوجین تازه ازدواج کرده از دیدگاه متخصصان: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: سلامت جنسی یکی از جنبه های اصلی سلامت است که موجب تحکیم بنیان خانواده می شود. لذا مطالعه ای با هدف تبیین عوامل زمینه ساز سلامت جنسی زوجین تازه ازدواج کرده از دیدگاه متخصصان انجام شد.مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه کیفی با نمونه‍ گیری به روش هدفمند از اردیبهشت تا آبان سال 1398 با مشارکت20 نفر از متخصصان حوزه سلامت جنسی کشور به صورت مصاحبه نیمه ساختار عمیق فردی انجام شد. تمام مصاحبه ‍ها ضبط و تایپ گردید. داده ‍ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی و نرم افزار maxqda.10 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: عوامل زمینه ساز سلامت جنسی از دیدگاه متخصصان در 3 طبقه و 7 زیر طبقه تبیین شد. سه طبقه اصلی شامل حوزه خانواده (تعلیم وتربیت جنسی، وضعیت اجتماعی اقتصادی)، حوزه فردی (سلامت جسمی روانی، روابط بین فردی) و حوزه زناشویی (طرحواره‌های جنسی، مشکلات جنسی و گفتگوی جنسی) بود.نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج به دست آمده از مطالعه حاضر، عوامل زمینه ساز سلامت جنسی زوجین تازه ازدواج کرده شامل عوامل فردی، خانوادگی، زناشویی و اجتماعی هستند.

factors affecting the sexual health of newly married couples: a qualitative study of experts' point of views

objective(s): sexual health is one of the main aspects of health that strengthens the foundation of the family. therefore، a study was conducted aiming to explore the factors affecting the sexual health of newly married couples from the point of view of experts.methods: this qualitative study was conducted by purposeful sampling in 2018 (may-nov) with the participation of 20 experts using in-depth individual semi-structured interviews. all interviews were recorded and typed. the data was analyzed using conventional content analysis method and maxqda.10 software.results: factors affecting sexual health were explained in three categories and seven sub- categories. the three main categories included family factors (sexual education and economic-social status)، individual factors (physical-mental health، interpersonal relationships) and marital factors (sexual schemas، sexual problems and sexual conversation).conclusion: based on the results obtained from the present study، couples need to receive sufficient information and special skills in psychological، individual and family، marital and socio-religious topics for improved sexual health.
