طراحی لاگ بوک آموزشی دوره کارآموزی کارشناسی ارشد آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت بر اساس سرفصل های برنامه درسی

مقدمه: لاگ بوک یک ابزار مهم یادگیری، پایش و ارزشیابی فعالیت های دانشجویان در طول تحصیل است. با توجه به بازنگری برنامه درسی رشته کارشناسی ارشد آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت، مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی لاگ بوک آموزشی دوره کارآموزی کارشناسی ارشد آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت انجام شد.مواد و روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توسعه ای با استفاده از فن دلفی از سال 1397 تا 1401 به صورت 10 جلسه حضوری و 3 جلسه مجازی انجام گردیده است. در این پژوهش از مشارکت اعضای بورد تخصصی، مدیران گروهها و اعضای هیات علمی، کارشناسان و دانشجویان دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور با روش نمونه گیری از نوع در دسترس بهره برده شد. در ابتدا سرفصل های کارآموزی رشته با توجه به برنامه درسی رشته کارشناسی ارشد آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت استخراج و براساس طبقه بندی بلوم در سه حیطه شناختی، نگرشی و رفتاری تحلیل گردید و فعالیت های مورد نظر در 5 عرصه کارآموزی طراحی و نهایی گردید.یافته ها: در این پژوهش 39 فعالیت در قالب 5 عرصه (مطابق برنامه درسی مصوب) به عنوان فعالیت های مورد نیاز دانشجویان در لاگ بوک تدوین شد. برای عرصه مراکز ارائه خدمات جامع سلامت 11 فعالیت، برای عرصه رسانه 10 فعالیت، برای عرصه محیط های کار 7 فعالیت، برای عرصه اجتماع 7 فعالیت و برای عرصه مدرسه 4 فعالیت در حوزه های نیازسنجی، طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی تعیین گردید.نتیجه گیری: طبق لاگ بوک طراحی‌شده انتظار می‌رود دانشجویان در پایان دوره‌ی کارآموزی، مراحل مختلف یک مداخله‌ی آموزشی اعم از نیازسنجی؛ طراحی، اجرا و یا ارزشیابی را متناسب با هر محیط یا عرصه‌ی کارآموزی، تمرین کنند و توانمندی های خود را افزایش دهند.

educational logbook of the master's training course in health education and health promotion based on the curriculum syllabus

objective(s): logbook is an important tool for learning, monitoring and evaluating students’ periodic activities during their internship. according to the revised curriculum of the master’s degree in health education and health promotion, the present study was conducted with the aim of development an educational logbook.according to the revision of the curriculum of the master’s degree in health education and health promotion, the present study was conducted to design an educational logbook for the internship course of the master’s degree in health education and health promotion.methods: this developmental study was conducted using the delphi technique from 2018 to 2022 in the form of 10 face-to-face and 3 virtual meetings. in this research, the participation of specialized board members, heads of department, faculty members and students of medical sciences universities of the country was used with the convenience sampling method. at first, the chapters of internships were extracted according to the curriculum of the master’s degree in health education and health promotion and analyzed based on bloom’s classification in three cognitive, attitudinal, and behavioral domains, and then the intended activities were designed.results: in this research, 39 activities in the 5 fields (according to the approved curriculum) were compiled as activities needed by students in the form of a log book. 11 activities were determined for comprehensive health service centers, 10 activities for media, 7 activities for workplaces, 7 activities for community and 4 activities in the areas of needs assessment, development, implementation and evaluation.conclusion: according to the designed log book, it is expected the end of internship, the students will learn the different stages of an educational intervention, including needs assessment; practice design, implementation or evaluation according to any internship environment or field and improve their abilities.
