عوامل موثر بر تبعیت از پروتکل‌های بهداشتی پیشگیری کننده از کووید-19: یک مرور حیطه ای

مقدمه: شیوع کووید19 یک اورژانس سلامت جهانی و تبعیت از پروتکل‌های بهداشتی کلید اصلی جلوگیری از انتقال این بیماری است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، مروری بر تحقیقات مرتبط، جهت بررسی عوامل موثر بر تبعیت از پروتکل‌های بهداشتی مرتبط با کووید19 بود.مواد و روش کار: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه مرور حیطه ای (scoping review) بود که در آن، مطالعات منتشر شده به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی بین سال‌های 1399 تا سال 1401 با کلید واژه‌های پروتکل‌ بهداشتی، ماسک زدن، قرنطینه، فاصله گذاری، شستن دست‌، و درک خطر در پایگاه داده های  pubmed،web of science،sid  و موتور جستجو google scholar استخراج شد.یافته‌ها: از 147 مقاله استخراج شده در جستجوی اولیه، 22 مقاله مورد بررسی نهایی قرار گرفت. مروری بر مطالعات فوق منجر به شناسایی بیش از 30 عامل موثر در تبعیت از پروتکل‌های بهداشتی شد، عواملی که بیشترین نقش را در تبعیت افراد از پروتکل ها داشتند به ترتیب شامل جنسیت، درک خطر بیماری، اقدامات دولتی، نقش دوستان و خانواده، رسانه‌ها و منابع اطلاعاتی افراد بود. همچنین اقدامات محافظتی مانند در خانه ماندن و حفظ قرنطینه در صورت داشتن علائم، استفاده از دستمال یا آرنج خود در هنگام عطسه و سرفه و عدم استفاده از وسایل حمل و نقل عمومی بیشترین میزان تبعیت و کمترین میزان تبعیت مربوط به شستن دست‌ها بعد از عطسه و سرفه و نیز ضدعفونی کردن گوشی موبایل بود.نتیجه‌گیری: برای افزایش تبعیت از پروتکل‌ها باید هنگام تدوین و طراحی برنامه های آموزش عمومی، عوامل تاثیرگذار فردی و محیطی موثر بر تبعیت از پروتکل ها، تسهیل‌کننده ها، موانع و مشوقین رفتار با توجه به ویژگی‌های مختلف افراد مورد توجه قرار گیرند؛ این امر مستلزم شناسایی مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر و پیش‌بینی کردن آن در جامعه هدف هر برنامه ‌می‌باشد.

the influencing factors of compliance with health protocols related to covid-19: a scoping review

objective(s): the outbreak of covid19 is a global health emergency. compliance with health protocols is the main key to preventing the transmission of this disease. the purpose of the present study was to review the related research to investigate the factors affecting compliance with health protocols related to covid19.methods: this scoping review examined studies published in persian and english language biomedical journals with related keywords including health protocols, masking, quarantine, distancing, hand washing, and risk perception in search engines such as google scholar, pubmed, web of science, and sid.results: in all 22 relevant articles were entered into the review. the results led to the identification of more than 30 effective factors in compliance with health protocols. factors such as gender, understanding the risk of disease, government measures, the role of friends and family, the media, and people’s information sources played the biggest role in people’s compliance with the protocols, respectively. also, protective measures such as staying at home when feeling unwell, covering coughs and sneezes, and not using public transportation during the covid19 pandemic had reported having the highest compliance rate and the lowest was behaviors such as washing hands after sneezing and coughing as well as disinfecting the mobile phone.conclusion: to increase compliance with protocols, it is necessary to consider individual and environmental factors affecting compliance with protocols, which can be categorized as facilitators, barriers, and encouragers of target health behaviors as these factors are context and timedependent. timely identification of accurate factors in any country is a key step in formulating and designing interventions to manage pandemics such as covid 19
