بررسی مشخصه های روانسنجی پرسش نامه تحریک جنسی و بازداری جنسی در مردان ایرانی

مقدمه: بخش قابل توجهی از تفاوت های مربوط به اختلال جنسی و رفتارهای جنسی پرخطر در افراد از طریق مدل کنترل دوگانه که تحریک و بازداری جنسی را می‌سنجد، قابل پیش بینی است. بر همین مبنا و با توجه به عدم بررسی مشخصه های این مقیاس در جامعه مردان ایرانی؛ هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین مشخصه های روانسنجی پرسش نامه تحریک و بازداری جنسی در مردان ایرانی بود.مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه، یک طرح پژوهش توصیفی بود. شرکت کنندگان این پژوهش 200 نفر از معلمان متاهل شهر تهران بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای اجرای این پژوهش در ابتدا به ترجمه پرسش‌نامه و سپس ترجمه معکوس و مقایسه آن با پرسش‌نامه اصلی پرداخته شد. در این پژوهش از مقیاس تحریک و بازداری جنسی میلهاوزن و همکاران (2010) و تمایل جنسی هالبرت (1991) استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های همبستگی، مطالعه ی نیکویی برازش، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرحله ی اول و دوم و همچنین محاسبه پایایی استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عامل تاییدی نشان داد که مدل6 بعدی پرسش‌نامه تحریک و بازداری جنسی (شناخت های بازدارنده، روابط مهم، عناصر زوجی، تحریک پذیری، ویزگی های همسر و مکان رابطه) مطابق با الگوی کنترل مضاعف است و همچنین برازش قابل قبولی دارد. ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای تقریب 0/064و شاخص برازش مقایسه‌ای 0/916 مطلوب ارزیابی شد. آلفای کرونباخ کل مقیاس 0/894 و زیر مقیاس‌ها به ترتیب 0/832، 0/805، 0/731، 0/780، 0/812، 0/766 بود. همچنین ضریب همبستگی درون طبقه‌ای بزرگتر از 0/8 به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که نسخه فارسی پرسش‌نامه تحریک/ بازداری جنسی ابزار مناسبی برای استفاده در جامعه مردان ایرانی است ومتخصصان می‌توانند از این ابزار در مراکز مشاوره و درمانی جهت تشخیص رفتارهای جنسی پرخطر و عملکرد جنسی ضعیف مردان استفاده کنند.

evaluation of psychometric properties of the sexual excitation and sexual inhibition questionnaire in iranian men population

objective(s): a significant part of the variance in sexual dysfunction and highrisk sexual behaviors in individuals can be predicted through a dual control model that measures sexual excitation and sexual inhibition. the present study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the sexual excitation and inhibition questionnaire in the iranian men.methods: this was a cross sectional study. a sample of 200 married male teachers from tehran who were selected through the convenience sampling method participated in the study and completed the sexual inhibition/sexual excitation scales (sis/ses) and the hurlbert index of sexual assertiveness. forwardbackward translation procedure was applied to provide the iranian version of the sis/ses. the correlation coefficient, the goodness of fit indices, first and secondorder confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability were used for data analysis.results: the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed the 6dimensional model of sexual excitation and inhibition questionnaire (inhibitory cognitions, important relations, pair elements, arousability, partner’s characteristics, and relationship location) showing acceptable fit to the data. the root mean square error of approximation was estimated to be 0.064 and the comparative fit index was estimated to be 0.916. cronbach’s alpha of the whole scale was 0.894 and the subscales were 0.832, 0.805, 0.731, 0.780, 0.812, and 0.766, respectively. also, the intraclass correlation coefficient was higher than 0.8 lending support to the stability of the questionnaire. convergent and divergent validity was satisfactory.conclusion: the results showed that the persian version of the sexual inhibition/sexual excitation scales (sis/ses) is an appropriate instrument for use in iran, and experts can use this questionnaire in counseling and therapy centers to detect highrisk sexual behaviors and poor sexual performance of men.
