بررسی وضعیت استنادی و دگرسنجی بروندادهای پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران طی سال‌های 2020-2006

مقدمه: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی وضعیت بروندادهای پژوهشی (research outputs) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در پنج موضوع از طریق شاخص های علم سنجی (scientometric indicators) و دگرسنجی (altmetric) طی سال های 2020-2006 بود.مواد و روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و با استفاده از شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی و دگرسنجی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش پنج حوزه موضوعی ( »بیوشیمی، ژنتیک و زیست شناسی مولکولی «، »داروشناسی، سم‌شناسی و داروسازی «، »ایمونولوژی و میکروب‌شناسی «، »شیمی « و »مهندسی «) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران طبق دسته‌بندی موضوعی پایگاه استنادی اسکوپوس (scupos) با بیشترین تولیدات انتخاب شد. استخراج داده ها از پایگاه اسکوپوس، دگرسنجی و سای ول (scival) انجام گرفته است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم‌افزارهای مایکروسافت اکسل (آمار توصیفی) و spss نسخه 22 (آزمون همبستگی) استفاده گردید.یافته ها: حوزه موضوعی بیوشیمی، ژنتیک و زیست‌شناسی مولکولی دارای بیشترین و حوزه موضوعی مهندسی دارای کمترین تولیدات، استناد و شاخص اچ (h index) بودند. طبق نتایج حوزه های موضوعی مهندسی و شیمی از نظر کیفیت بروندادهای پژوهشی عملکرد بهتری داشتند. حدوداً نزدیک به 30 درصد بروندادها در رسانه‌های اجتماعی حضور داشتند که در توییتر (twitter) و مندلی (mendeley) در تمام زمان ها، بیشترین میزان اشاره و نشانه گذاری را دریافت کردند. در ادامه ارتباط آماری معنی داری بین تعداد نشانه گذاری و نمره دگرسنجی با تعداد استنادات دریافتی بروندادها در اسکوپوس وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: رسانه های اجتماعی تاثیر مثبتی در افزایش استناد بروندادهای پژوهشی دارد. ازآنجایی‌که بروندادهای پژوهشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران حضور مطلوبی در رسانه‌های اجتماعی نداشتند بنابراین لازم است پژوهشگران این دانشگاه با حضور فعال و اشتراک گذاری آثار خود در رسانه های اجتماعی، به رویت پذیری بیشتر و افزایش استناد بروندادهای خود کمک کنند.

Citation and Altmetric Status of Research Outputs of Tehran University of Medical Sciences During 2006-2020

Objective(s): The purpose of this study was to investigate the citation status and presence of research outputs of Tehran University of Medical Sciences in social media in five subjects during the years 20062020.Methods: The study applied scientometric and Altometric indicators. The five subject areas ( Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology , Pharmacology, Toxicology and Pharmaceutics , Immunology and Microbiology , Chemistry , Engineering ) of Tehran University of Medical Sciences was selected according to the subject classification of Scopus Citation Database. Data were extracted from Scopus, Altmetric and Scival databases. To analyze data Microsoft Excel software and SPSS 22 was used. Results: The results showed that Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology had the most and Engineering had the least products, citation and hindex. Engineering and Chemistry had better performance in terms of the quality of research outputs according to the Percentage of Papers Published in HighQuality Journals and percentage of HighlyCited Papers indicators. The subject area of Immunology and Microbiology was at a lower level in terms of citation criteria than other subject areas. About 30 percent of the outputs were on social media, receiving the most mention and bookmarking on Twitter and Mendely at all times. There was a statistically significant relationship between the number of bookmarking and the altmetric score with the number of citations received by the outputs in Scopus.Conclusion: Social media could have a positive effect on increasing public health awareness and literacy, as well as increasing the citation of research outputs. Since the research outputs of Tehran University of Medical Sciences did not have a favorable presence on social media, it is necessary for the researchers of this university to increase their visibility and increase the citation of their outputs by actively participating and sharing their works on social media.
