واکاوی عوامل موثر بر پذیرش فناوری های سلامت: تعدیل الگوی یکپارچه پذیرش و استفاده از ‌فناوری (‌utaut2‎‌)

مقدمه: با بروز پاندمی کوید19 توجه بیشتری به استفاده از فناوری سلامت معطوف شده است، ولی عدم توجه به عوامل موثر بر پذیرش و تطابق فناوری های سلامت باعث کاهش استقرار موفق آن خواهد شد. این تحقیق ضمن شناسایی عوامل موثر به معرفی الگوی متناسب و تعدیل الگو ی یکپارچه پذیرش و استفاده از فناوری 2 می پردازد.مواد و روش کار: این مطالعه با رویکرد ترکیبی(کیفیکمی) انجام شد. پس از انجام مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاری از 24 کارشناس خبره و برگزاری دو گروه بحث متمرکز در بین 12 نفر که شامل پزشکان، متخصصان، کارشناسان بهداشت و مدیران عامل، الگوی تحقیق طراحی شد. عوامل استخراجی برای آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق و آزمون الگوی بدست آمده به صورت کمی در بین 417 پزشک به صورت آنلاین با روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزیی (sem) انجام گردید.یافته ها: یافته های حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که اعتماد و محرمانگی، زمان انتظار، اختیار، ارتباط پزشک(پرسنل سلامت) و بیمار از عوامل جدید شناسایی شده بود که بر پذیرش فناوری سلامت تاثیر می گذارند. پنج عامل دیگر بدست آمده شامل انتظار عملکرد، انتظار تلاش یا راحتی استفاده، تسهیلات، ارزش قیمت و عادت نیز منطبق بر الگو utaut2 بودند. آماره t به دست آمده بالاتر از 96.1و همه فرضیات با نرخ تاثیر 84.0 معنی دار بودند. نتیجه گیری: توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از این مطالعه، الگوی ماحصل ابزار مناسبی برای سنجش پذیرش فناوری سلامت است.

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Adoption of Health Technologies: Modification of the UTAUT2 model

Objective (s): In a threatening situation such as Covid19 Pandemic, Ehealth is more effective in providing public health, including prevention, monitoring, diagnosis, prioritization, treatment and followup patients. Regardless of Ehealth potential benefits, implementation and adaptation barriers is expected. In this regarding, it is essential to study the factors influencing EHCR adoption. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the adoption of EHealth.Methods: In this research, the mixt method approach and exploratory design typology creation model have been used. After conducting semistructured interviews and a focus discussion group among physicians, specialists, health experts and CEOs, a research model was developed and tested one a sample of 417 physicians in an online survey. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) has also been used to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses.Results: Trust and confidentiality, waiting time, authority, health providerpatient relationship are influencing factors that affect adoption of Ehealth factor. Five other factors were also found that were similar to the UTAUT2 model: performance expectancy, effort expectancy or ease of use, facilities, price value, habit. All hypotheses were significant because the absolute value of the significant number obtained from the t statistic in all hypotheses was higher than 1.96, with a 0.84 effect rate.Conclusion: The findings from this study help to understand the factors influencing behavioral tendency in using EHealth. Theoretical findings, development, and validation in this dissertation provide a framework that includes the factors influencing the adoption of health technology, theoretical foundations for designing and selecting health technology in future health care before they enter the market, or solving the problems of their acceptance implementation.
