وضعیت اعتباربخشی از دیدگاه پرستاران بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران (مقاله کوتاه)

مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش مقطعی(توصیفی-تحلیلی) بررسی وضعیت اعتباربخشی از دیدگاه پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی-درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران بود که در سال 1397 و در میان 9 بیمارستان‌ از 18 بیمارستان آموزشی-درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران انجام شد. مواد و روش کار: 365 پرستار در این مطالعه شرکت کردندکه نمره کلی(انحراف معیار) اعتباربخشی حاصل از نتایج در آن (0/7)3 بود. از میان ابعاد اعتباربخشی، بیشترین نمره میانگین به بعد مشارکت کارکنان در اعتباربخشی (0/8)3/3 و کمترین آن به بعد آموزش کارکنان (0/8)2/7 تخصیص یافته بود. نتیجه گیری: میانگین نمره کل اعتباربخشی از دیدگاه شرکت‌کنندگان نشان داد که پرستاران مورد مطالعه بر این باورند که انجام اعتباربخشی به‌طور کلی تاثیر متوسطی بر اهداف از پیش تعیین شده این برنامه همچون ارتقای کیفیت و ایمنی ارائه خدمات در مراکز درمانی تحت مطالعه دارد، و به‌نظر می‌رسد پرستاران اعتقاد دارند از مشارکت آنان و آموخته‌هایشان در زمینه پیاده‌سازی الزامات اعتباربخشی مراکز مراقبت سلامت استفاده مناسبی می‌شود، اما در عمل آموزش‌هایی مناسبی در این راستا دریافت نکرده‌اند.

accreditation of hospitals affiliated to iran university of medical sciences: nurses perspective (short-communication)

objective (s): national accreditation standards could improve both quality of services and the patient safety. this study aimed to investigate the accreditation status from the perspective of nurses working in hospitals affiliated to iran university of medical sciences.methods: this was a crosssectional study conducted in 9 hospitals affiliated to iran university of medical sciences in 2018 and 365 nurses with at least 5years clinical work experiences were selected by simple random sampling. data were collected using a 54item questionnaire that included 9 dimensions of quality, leadership, commitment and support, strategic quality planning, quality management, staff training, reward, use of data, staff involvement and benefits of accreditation. all statistical analysis was performed by spss22 software using descriptive statistics.results: the overall score of accreditation status in the present study was 3.0 ±0.7 that among its dimensions, the highest mean score (3.3 ±0.8) and the lowest mean score (2.7 ±0.8) was related to the lsquo;staff involvement rsquo; and lsquo;staff training rsquo;, respectively.conclusion: in order to better implement accreditation program of healthcare organizations, policies to reduce the number of metrics and making them more transparent seems necessary. in addition, providing desirable training for staff and giving them the financial and nonfinancial rewards are recommended.
