ارتباط بین ادراک از خود و ناگویی هیجانی با وضعیت سلامت روان زنان خانه‌دار از طریق نقش واسطه‌ای هم‌وابستگی

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین ادراک از خود و ناگویی هیجانی با وضعیت سلامت روان زنان خانه‌دار با واسطه‌گری هم‌وابستگی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان خانه‌دار مراجعه‌کننده به پنج پایگاه پایگاه‌های سلامت شهر تهران بود که از این بین 250 نفر به شیوه در دسترس به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های سلامت روان گلدبرگ، ناگویی هیجانی تورنتو، هم وابستگی اسپن و فیشر و تصور از خود بک بود. نتایج نشان داد که مدل پژوهش از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود. طبق نتایج بین ناگویی هیجانی و هم وابستگی با سلامت روان رابطۀ معکوس و معنادار و بین ادراک از خود با سلامت روان در زنان خانه دار رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار وجود داشت. همچنین نقش واسطه ای هم‌وابستگی در رابطۀ بین ادراک از خود با وضعیت سلامت روان زنان خانه‌دار تایید شد، اما نقش واسطه ای متغیر هم‌وابستگی در رابطۀ بین ناگویی هیجانی با وضعیت سلامت روان زنان خانه‌دار تایید نشد. با توجه به مدل تاییدشده، می توان در زمینۀ افزایش سلامت روان زنان خانه دار به نقش متغیرهای ادراک از خود، ناگویی هیجانی و هم‌وابستگی توجه ویژه داشت.

the relationship between self-perception and alexithymia with mental health status in housewives: the mediating role of co-dependency

this study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-perception and emotional dyslexia (alexithymia) and the mental health status of housewives, with a focus on the mediating role of co-dependency. employing a correlation research design and structural equation modelling (sem), the research sampled 250 housewives who attended five health centres in tehran province. data were collected using the goldberg mental health questionnaire, the toronto alexithymia scale, the span and fisher co-dependency questionnaire, and the beck self-concept test. the results showed that the research model had a good fit. according to the results indicated an inverse and significant relationship between emotional dyslexia and co-dependency with mental health among housewives and there was a positive and significant relationship between self-perception and mental health. furthermore, the mediating role of co-dependency in the relationship between self-perception and mental health status of housewives was confirmed. however, the mediating role of co-dependency in the relationship between emotional dyslexia and mental health status was not supported. according to the results, special attention can be paid to the role of self-perception, alexithymia and co-dependency variables in increasing the mental health of housewives.
