حافظه کاری کودکان دارای اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی: مقایسه اثربخشی بازی‌های رایانه‌ای شناختی با بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر توانبخشی‌شناختی

هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی بازی‌های رایانه‌ای شناختی و بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر توان‌بخشی شناختی بر حافظه کاری کودکان دارای اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی بود. این پژوهش به روش نیمه آزمایشی باطرح پیش‌آزمون_پس‌آزمون-پیگیری با گروه کنترل صورت گرفت. از میان جامعه آماری کودکان 7 تا 12 ساله مبتلا به اختلال بیش‌فعالی/ نقص توجه مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره رازی شهر کرج در سال 1400-1399 تعداد 24 کودک با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان به صورت تصادفی در گروه‌های هشت‌نفره بازی‌های رایانه‌ای شناختی، بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر توان‌بخشی شناختی و کنترل جایگزین شدند. گروه‌های آزمایش 12 جلسه مداخله دریافت کردند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از آزمون ان‌بک کارچنر استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی انجام شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد بازی‌های رایانه‌ای شناختی و بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر توان‌بخشی شناختی بر حافظه کاری کودکان دارای نقص توجه- بیش‌فعالی موثر هستند و مداخله بازی‌های رایانه‌ای شناختی موثرتر از بازی‌درمانی مبتنی بر توان‌بخشی بود. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش آموزش بازی‌های رایانه‌ای شناختی بر حافظه کاری کودکان بیش‌فعال با نقص توجه تاثیر قابل توجه‌تری دارد و به روان‌شناسان توصیه می‌شود به این مداخله جهت تقویت حافظه کاری توجه بیشتری نمایند.

cognitive rehabilitation of working memory of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder: comparing the effectiveness of computerized cognitive games with play therapy

the purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of cognitive computer games and play therapy based on cognitive rehabilitation on the working memory of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder(adhd). this research was carried out using a semi-experimental method and a pre-test-post-test-follow-up design with a control group. among the statistical population of 7 to 12 year old children suffering from adhd, referred to razi counseling center in karaj city . 24 cases were selected by available method in 2021-2022. samples randomly replaced in cognitive computer games, play therapy based on cognitive rehabilitation and control groups (8 cases in each group). the experimental groups received 12 sessions of intervention. karchner’s n-back test was used to collect data. data analysis was done using mixed analysis of variance and bonferroni’s post hoc test. the findings showed that cognitive computer games and game therapy based on cognitive rehabilitation are effective on working memory of adhd children and cognitive computer games was more effective than play therapy. according to the research results, cognitive computer game training has a more significant effect on the working memory of adhd children, and psychologists are recommended to pay more attention to this intervention to strengthen working memory.
