چکیده
|
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیل‌کننده باج‌گیری عاطفی درارتباط بین ذهنیت‌های طرح‌واره‌ای وکیفیت زندگی زناشویی انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان متاهل شاغل در یک شرکت دارویی در سال 1399 به تعداد 226 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش سرشماری، و با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود و خروج پژوهش درنهایت نمونه‌‌ای به حجم 205 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ذهنیت‌های طرح‌واره‌ای یانگ، پرسشنامه کیفیت ادراک‌شده ازابعاد رابطه زناشویی فلچر، سیمپسون و توماس و پرسشنامه باج‌گیری عاطفی رحمت بود. روابط بین متغیرها با آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و مدل پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیک مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری آزمون شدند. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، نقش تعدیل‌کننده باج‌گیری عاطفی دررابطه بین ذهنیت‌های طرح‌واره‌ای و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی تائید شد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود متخصصان سلامت روان جهت بهبود کیفیت زندگی زناشویی زوجین، توجه ویژه‌ای به دو عامل ذهنیت‌های طرح‌واره‌ای و باج‌گیری عاطفی نمایند.

The Moderating Role of Emotional Blackmail in the Relationship between Schema Modes and Quality of Marital Life

Abstract
|
The aim of this study was to investigate the moderating role of emotional blackmail in the relationship between schema modes and quality of marital life. The research method was descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population of the study included all married female employees in a Pharmaceutical Company in Tehran in 2020, numbering 226 people that Using a census method, and according to the criteria of the study, a sample of 205 people was selected. The research instruments included a questionnaire of Schema mode of Young, Perceived Relationship Quality Components of Fletcher, Simpson and Thomas and Rahmat’s Emotional Blackmail Inventory. Relationships between variables were tested by Pearson correlation test and research model using structural equation modeling technique. Based on the findings of the present study, the moderating role of emotional blackmail in the relationship between schema modes and quality of marital life was confirmed. Therefore, it is suggested that mental health professionals pay special attention to the two factors of schema modes and emotional blackmail in order to improve the quality of marital life of couples.
