اثربخشی توانبخشی شناختی بر حافظه گذشته نگر و آینده نگر زنان مبتلاء به سرطان پستان تحت شیمی درمانی

شیمی‌درمانی از اساسی‌ترین درمان‌های بیماران مبتلا به سرطان می‌باشد که در کنار درمان بیماری، مشکلات متعددی را برای افراد مبتلا به وجود می‌آورد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی توان‌بخشی شناختی بر حافظه گذشته‌نگر و آینده‌نگر زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان تحت شیمی‌درمانی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان تحت شیمی‌درمانی بود که به مراکز درمانی شهر تهران مراجعه نمودند. طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی، پیش‌آزمونپس‌آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود. از این جامعه 30 نفر پس از احراز ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش، به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند وبصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. توان‌بخشی شناختی با استفاده از برنامه توان‌بخشی ‌شناختی حافظه و توجه (آرام) صورت گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از مقیاس حافظه آینده‌نگر و گذشته‌نگر کرافورد و همکاران گردآوری شد و با به‌کارگیری تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری و چند متغیری تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان‌دهنده کاهش معنا‌دار مشکلات حافظه گذشته‌نگر و آینده‌نگر زنان گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل بود. نتیجه آن‌که ارائه خدمات کم‌هزینه و سودمندی همچون توان‌بخشی شناختی جهت کاستن عوارض ناشی از شیمی‌درمانی مفید واقع می‌شود.

Effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation on retrospective and prospective memory of women with breast cancer under chemotherapy

Chemotherapy is one of the most basic treatments for cancer patients, which, along with the treatment of the disease, causes many problems for people with the disease. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effectiveness of cognitive rehabilitation on retrospective and prospective memory of women with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. The study population consisted of all women with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy who referred to health centers in Tehran. The semiexperimental research design was pretestposttest with control group. From this population, 30 participants were selected by convenience sampling and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (15 in each group). Cognitive rehabilitation was performed using the Cognitive Memory and Attention Rehabilitation Program.. Data were collected using a retrospective and prospective memory scale of Crawford et al. Data were analyzed using univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance.The results showed a significant decrease in the retrospective and prospective memory problems in the experimental group compared to the control group. As a result, providing lowcost and useful services such as cognitive rehabilitation can be helpful to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
