اثربخشی آموزش سرمایه روانشناختی بر ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی معلمان زن مدارس ابتدایی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش سرمایه روانشناختی بر سرمایه اجتماعی معلمان زن مدارس ابتدایی شهر بهبهان بود. نوع تحقیق با توجه روش پژوهش، شبه آزمایشی با پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و گروه کنترل می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق معلمان زن مدارس ابتدایی شهر بهبهان (230= n) بود، از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی 60 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد، و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 30 نفره تقسیم شدند و بر اساس قرعه یکی از گروهها، به عنوان گروه آزمایشی و گروه دیگر به عنوان گروه گواه انتخاب شد. پرسشنامه های سرمایه اجتماعی ابیلی برای هر دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل در دو مرحله قبل از آموزش و پس از آموزش اجرا شد. گروه آزمایشی به مدت 11 جلسه 1 ساعتی تحت آموزش برنامه آموزشی سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز قرار گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از در بخش آمار توصیفی از دو شاخص آماری میانگین و انحراف معیار و در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که آموزش سرمایه روانشناختی بر هر سه بعد (شناختی، رابطه ای و ساختاری) سرمایه اجتماعی معلمان زن مدارس ابتدایی شهر بهبهان اثربخش بوده است، لذا پیشنهاد می گردد مدیران آموزش و پرورش از طریق برگزاری کارگاههای آموزشی سرمایه روانشناختی، جو اعتماد و صمیمیت را در بین معلمان تقویت و توسعه دهند.

The study of effectiveness of training of psychological capital on dimensions of social capital among women teachers of elementary schools Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate effectiveness of training of psychological capital on dimensions of social capital among women teachers Behbahan elementary schools. The research was semi quasiexperimental with pretestposttest design. Statistical population included 230 women teachers in Behbahan elementary schools. 60 people were selected using random sampling method and were randomly assigned to two groups of 30 samples. Abili social capital questionnaires were completed by the two groups at the stage of pretest and post – test. The experimental group received Luthans Psychological Capital training through eleven sessions and the control group did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance. Research findings indicate that training Psychological Capital have positive effects on dimensions social capital. Thus it is suggested that educational managers develop a climate of trust and friendship among teachers by holding psychological capital training workshops.
