الگوی اخلاقی عدالت جنسیتی در تربیت (بر اساس تطبیق دیدگاه مرتضی مطهری و جان رالز)

زمینه: برابری جنسیتی و رفتار منصفانه با زنان و دختران یک الزام اخلاقی است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر ارایه الگوی اخلاقی عدالت جنسیتی در تربیت بر اساس تطبیق دیدگاه مرتضی مطهری و جان رالز  است. روش: این مطالعه مروری از نظر اهداف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات  از نوع تحلیل محتوا تطبیقی است . جامعه و حوزه پژوهش شامل کتب، مقالات و تحقیقاتی که به تربیت از زاویه دید مرتضی مطهری و جان رالز پرداخته اند بوده است و با روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و ملاک محور و به شرط مرتبط بودن و بروز بودن که بیشترین ارتباط با موضوع را داشتند 130 مورد از آنها انتخاب شد.ابزار مورد استفاده به صورت ثبت اطلاعات و فیش برداری بود. روش تحلیل داده ها روش کدگذاری به شیوه (کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری انتخابی یا گزینشی) بود.یافته ها: تحلیل داده ها در نهایت منجر به شناسایی  4 بعد، 16 مولفه و 48 شاخص شد و الگوی تحقیق شکل گرفت.نتیجه گیری: مولفه های اخلاقی ‌در قالب 4 مولفه و 12 شاخص و مولفه های انسان شناختی‌ نیز حول 4 مولفه و 12 شاخص و مولفه های معرفت شناختی در قالب 4 مولفه و 12 شاخص و مولفه های روانشناختی در قالب 4 مولفه و 12 شاخص شناسایی شد.

ethical model of gender justice in education (based on the adaptation of morteza motahari and john rawls' perspective)

background: gender equality and fair treatment of women and girls is a moral imperative. the purpose of the current research is to present the moral model of gender justice in education based on the adaptation of morteza motahari and john rawls.method: this research is practical in terms of goals and comparative content analysis in terms of data collection method. the society and the research field included books, articles and researches that dealt with education from the point of view of morteza motahari and john rawls, and with a purposeful and criteria-based sampling method, on the condition of being relevant and up-to-date, which is the most relevant to the subject. 130 cases were selected from them. the method of data analysis was the coding method (open coding, axial coding and selective coding).results: the data analysis finally led to the identification of 4 dimensions, 16 components and 48 indicators, and the research model was formed.conclusion: ethical components in the form of 4 components and 12 indicators and anthropological components in the form of 4 components and 12 indicators and epistemological components in the form of 4 components and 12 indicators and psychological components in the form of 4 components and 12 indicators were identified.
