تحلیل روابط مدیریت اخلاقی کلاس و ادراک از کیفیت کلاس با پیشرفت تحصیلی : نقش واسطه ای خودکفایی تحصیلی دانش آموزان

زمینه: پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان می تواند تحت تاثیر فضای اخلاقی کلاس و ادراک از کیفیت کلاس رشد و در بستر خودکفایی توسعه یابد، با درک این مهم پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه مدیریت اخلاقی کلاس و ادراک از کیفیت کلاس با پیشرفت تحصیلی در درس تاریخ با توجه به نقش واسطه ای خودکفایی تحصیلی انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با رویکرد تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش آموزان کلاس پنجم ادبیات شهر مقدس کربلا بود به تعداد 2600 نفر بود، با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 339 نفر از آنان با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها ی پژوهش، از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت اخلاقی، ادراک از کیفیت کلاس، خودکفایی تحصیلی و پیشرفت تحصیلی استفاده شد، روایی صوریی و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها از طرق روایی قضاوتی و سازه به تایید رسید و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ در یک بررسی مقدماتی برای پرسشنامه مدیریت اخلاقی کلاس 86/0، ادراک از کیفیت کلاس85/0، خودکفایی تحصیلی85/0 و پیشرفت تحصیلی83/0 مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده با استفاده از تحلیل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر در نرم افزارهای آماری spss و lisrel  صورت گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که رابطه مدیریت اخلاقی کلاس، ادراک از کیفیت کلاس و خودکفایی با پشیرفت تحصیلی مثبت و معنی داری دارد، همچنین مشخص شد که نقش میانجی خودکفایی تحصیلی در رابطه بین مدیریت اخلاقیکلاس و ادراک از کیفیت کلاس با پیشرفت تحصیلی مثبت و معنی دار می باشد.نتیجه گیری: می توان نتیجه گرفت مدیریت اخلاقی کلاس با ادراک از کیفیت کلاس با میانجی گری خودکفای شرایطی ایجاد می کنند که عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان بهتر شود که در نهایت منجر به پیشرفت تحصیلی آنها می شود.

analyzing the relationship between ethical classroom management and perception of classroom quality with academic achievement: the mediating role of students' academic self-efficacy

background: the academic achievement of students can be developed under the influence of the ethical atmosphere of the class and the perception of the quality of the class and in the context of self-sufficiency, with the understanding of this important research. present for the purpose of review causal model of ethical classroom management relationship and perception of class quality on academic achievement in the course of history, it was done according to the mediating role of academic self-sufficiency. method: the method of the current research was descriptive correlation type with path analysis approach. the statistical population consisted of 2600 students of the fifth grade of literature in the holy city of karbala, 339 of them were selected by random cluster sampling using morgan’s table. to collect research data, four standard questionnaires of ethical management, perception of class quality, academic self-sufficiency and academic achievement were used. the use of cronbach’s alpha coefficient in a preliminary study for the classroom ethical management questionnaire was confirmed as 0.86, perception of class quality as 0.85, academic self-sufficiency as 0.85 and academic achievement as 0.83. data analysis was done using pearson’s correlation coefficient analysis and path analysis in spss and lisrel statistical software. results: the results showed that the relationship between ethical classroom management, perception of class quality and self-sufficiency with academic achievement is positive and significant, it was also found that the mediating role of academic self-sufficiency in the relationship between ethical classroom management and perception of class quality with positive academic achievement and it is meaningful. conclusion: can be concluded that the ethical management of the class with the perception of the quality of the class with the mediation of self-sufficiency creates conditions that improve the academic performance of students, which ultimately leads to their academic achievement.
