ارایه الگوی رهبری آینده نگر در سازمان آموزش و پرورش با تاکید بر رویکرد اخلاق مداری

زمینه: محیط امروزی نظام های آموزشی مدیران را با چالش های جدیدی روبه رو می سازد و هر روز پویا تر از قبل می شود. رقابت جهانی و انتظارات جوامع در حال تحول، نیاز به رهبری آینده نگر را دوچندان کرده است، با درک این مهم هدف پژوهش ارائه الگوی رهبری آینده نگر در سازمان آموزش و پرورش با رویکرد اخلاق مداری بود.روش:روش پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از نظریه داده بنیاد بود. مشارکت کنندگان شامل اساتید و مدیران سطوح عالی آموزش پرورش در کرمانشاه بودند، از طریق روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 10 نفر انتخاب شدند، برآورد حجم نمونه بر مبنای اشباع نظری داده‌ها انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته گردآوری شد. داده‌ها بوسیله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند.یافته ها:یافته‌ها نشان داد که شرایط علی(ساختارهای اخلاقی، سرمایه فرهنگی، اخلاق مداری در فرایندهای کاری، اخلاق حرفه ای اعضا، استدلال اخلاقی)، پدیده محوری(مدیریت استراتژیک، تجزیه و تحلیل و تشخیص سازمان، حل اخلاقی مساله، مدیریت تغییر و نوآوری، هوش اخلاقی)، شرایط زمینه ای(توسعه کارتیمی، بازتعریف ارزش‌های اخلاقی، توسعه اجتماعات یادگیری حرفه ای، تمرکز بر شاخص های اخلاقی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر(حمایت دولت، تغییرات محیطی، اخلاق فناوری، اخلاق مداری در شبکه‌های ارتباطی)، راهبردها(شایسته سالاری، عدالت محوری، آینده پژوهی) و پیامدها(تعالی نظام آموزشی، پاسخگویی به تغییرات) به سطح انتزاعی بالاتر ارتقاءداده شد.نتیجه گیری:این پژوهش با ارایه الگوی رهبری آینده نگر در سازمان آموزش و پرورش با تاکید بر رویکرد اخلاق مداری، به نظام های آموزشی در توسعه رهبری اخلاق مداری برای ترسیم سیمای آینده کمک خواهد کرد

presenting a future-oriented leadership model in the education organization with an emphasis on an ethical approach

background: today’s environment makes managers’ education systems face new challenges and every day it becomes more dynamic than before. global competition and the expectations of evolving societies have doubled the need for forward-looking leadership with ethical approach, understanding this importance, the aim of the research was to providing a model of future-oriented leadership in the education organization with ethics-oriented approach. method: qualitative research method was used using foundational data theory. the participants included professors and managers of higher levels of education in kermanshah, who were selected as key informants through the purposeful sampling method of 10 people, the estimation of the sample size was based on the theoretical saturation of the data. data were collected through semi-structured interviews. the data were analyzed by open, central and selective coding.results: the findings showed that of causal conditions(ethical structures, cultural capital, ethics in work processes, professional ethics of members, moral reasoning), central phenomenon (strategic management, analysis and organization analysis and diagnosis, ethical problem solving, change and innovation management, ethical intelligence), background conditions (teamwork development, redefinition of ethical values, development of professional learning communities, focus on ethical indicators), intervening conditions (government support, changes environment, technology ethics, ethics in communication networks), strategies (meritorious, justice-oriented, future research) and consequences (educational system excellence, responsiveness to changes) were upgraded to a higher abstract level. conclusion: this research by presenting a model future-oriented leadership in the education organization, emphasizing the ethical approach, will help educational systems in developing ethical leadership to shape the future.
