مدل اخلاقی دانشگاه آینده با رویکرد دانش افزایی

زمینه: پرداختن به اصول اخلاقی برای دانشگاه آینده با رویکرد دانش افزایی امکان برنامه ریزی برای رسیدن به آینده مطلوب را فراهم می کند، با درک آنچه که مطرح شد هدف پژوهش ارائه مدل اخلاقی دانشگاه آینده با رویکرد دانش افزایی بود.روش: روش پژوهش کیفی مبتنی بر رویکرد داده بنیاد بود. مشارکت کنندگان شامل اساتید و مدیران سطوح عالی دانشگاه های آزاد بودند، که از طریق روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 10 نفر انتخاب شدند، برآورد حجم نمونه مورد نظر بر مبنای اشباع نظری داده‌ها انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته گردآوری شد. اعتبار و روایی داده‌ها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها بوسیله کد گذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: یافته‌های نشان داد که شرایط علی موثر(شرایط ساختاری، شرایط فرهنگی، فرایندهای دانشگاهی، ویژگی های خبرگان دانشگاهی)، پدیده محوری(برنامه ریزی مشارکتی، رهبری آینده نگر مبتی بر اخلاق مداری، مسئله محوری، توسعه شاخص های اخلاق دانشگاهی)، شرایط زمینه ای(اخلاق مداری در اقتصاد آموزش عالی، مشارکت دانشجویان، تعامل آزاد نهادهای علمی، زیرساخت لازم جهت توسعه روابط اخلاقی)، شرایط مداخله‌گر(مدیریت اخلاقی و شایسته گرایی، قوانین و مقررات آموزش عالی، اعتبارات و منابع مالی دولتی)، راهبردها (اصلاح ساختار مدیریت نظام آموزش عالی، نهادینه سازی اخلاق پژوهش) و پیامدها(پیشرفت عملکرد، تحکم حاکمیت اخلاق) می باشد.نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش با ارائه مدل اخلاقی دانشگاه آینده با رویکرد دانش افزایی متناسب با ساختار و زیست بوم سازمان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، به سازمان نهادینه سازی اخلاق در دانشگاه کمک خواهد کرد.  

the ethical model of the future university with knowledge-enhancing

background: addressing ethical principles for the future university with a knowledge-enhancing approach provides the possibility of planning to reach the desired future. by understanding what was raised, the aim of the research was to present the ethical model of the future university with a knowledge-enhancing approach. method: the qualitative research method was based on the grounded theory. the participants included professors and managers of higher levels of azad universities, who were selected through the purposeful sampling method of 10 people, the estimation of the desired sample size was done based on theoretical data saturation. data were collected through semi-structured interviews. the validity and reliability of the data were confirmed. data were analyzed by open, axial and selective coding.results: the findings showed that effective causal conditions include (structural conditions, cultural conditions, academic processes, characteristics of academic experts), axial conditions include (participatory planning, forward-looking leadership based on ethics, problem-oriented, development of academic ethics indicators), background conditions include (ethics in the economy of higher education, students’ participation, free interaction of scientific institutions, necessary infrastructure for the development of ethical relationships), interfer conditions include (ethical management and meritocracy, laws and regulations of higher education, credits and government financial resources), strategies include (reforming the management structure of the higher education system, institutionalizing research ethics) and consequences include (performance improvement, rule of ethics).conclusion: this research will help the organization of institutionalizing ethics in the university by presenting the ethical model of the future university with a knowledge-enhancing approach that fits the structure and ecosystem of the islamic azad university organization.
