اعتبار یابی پرسشنامه ارزیابی صلاحیت های اخلاقی و حرفه ای مشاوران آموزشی

زمینه: نقش و کارکرد مشاوران با صلاحیت و اخلاق مدار در مدارس امروزی و بطور مشخص مقطع متوسطه نقشی غیر قابل انکار است. لذا این تحقیق با هدف ارزیابی صلاحیت های اخلاقی و حرفه ای مشاوران آموزشی در ارائه خدمات به دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول انجام شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- کاربردی و پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق مشتمل بر کلیه مشاورانی بود که در مناطق 19 گانه شهر تهران که در سطح مدارس دخترانه و پسرانه شهر تهران در مقطع متوسطه اول مشغول به فعالیت بودند. برای نمونه گیری از این جامعه، از روش  نمونه گیری  خوشه ای و  برای مشخص کردن حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان بهره گرفته شد. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها توسط جامعه هدف تحقیق، داده ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ،  ازمون فورنل-لارکر و آماره t و نرم‌افزار آماری spss در سطح معناداری 5 درصد مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که جهت ارزیابی صلاحیت حرفه ای مشاوران آموزشی در ارائه خدمات به دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول می توان از 16 مولفه مشاور را مدنظر قرار داد. صلاحیت حرفه ای (مشتمل بر 6 مولفه)، صلاحیت اخلاقی فرد (مشتمل بر 8 مولفه) و ویژگی های آموزشی و پژوهشی (مشتمل بر 2 مولفه). همچنین یافته های آزمون t نشان داد ابعاد و مولفه های مذکور در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد معنی دار و با اهمیت هستند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد پرسشنامه طراحی شده از روایی و پایایی مطلوب برخوردار است.  

validation of the questionnaire for evaluating the moral and professional qualifications of educational consultants

background: the role and function of qualified and ethical counselors in today’s schools and specifically in the secondary level is an undeniable role. therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the moral and professional qualifications of educational counselors in providing services to first secondary students.method: the current research was descriptive-applied and survey. the statistical population of the research included all counselors who were working in the 19 districts of tehran at the level of girls’ and boys’ schools in the first secondary level of tehran. for sampling from this community, cluster sampling method was used and morgan’s table was used to determine the sample size. after completing the questionnaires by the target population of the research, the data were analyzed using cronbach’s alpha, fornell-larker test, t-statistics and spss statistical software at a significance level of 5%.results: the findings of the research showed that in order to evaluate the professional competence of educational counselors in providing services to first secondary students, 16 counselor components can be considered. professional competence (including 6 components), moral competence of the person (including 8 components) and educational and research characteristics (including 2 components). also, the findings of the t test showed that the mentioned dimensions and components are significant and important at the 95% confidence level.conclusion: the results of this research showed that the designed questionnaire has good validity and reliability.
