اخلاق حفاظت از آثار تاریخی: ضرورت، چالش‌ها و اصول

زمینه: امروزه هر حرفه‌ای برای بهبود عملکرد خود به مجموعه‌ای از اصول اخلاقی نیاز دارد، که باتوجه به حرفه و حوزه ماموریت کاری، و فعالیت آن‌ها تدوین شده‌باشد. این امر نیازمند شناخت جایگاه اخلاق و شاخص‌های آن در حرفه مورد نظر است. حفاظت و مرمت آثار تاریخی نیز به عنوان یک حرفه با حوزه ی فعالیتی گسترده و ذینفعان متنوعی که دارد، همواره از سوی متخصصان این رشته به دنبال ایجاد اخلاق حرفه‌ای برای حفظ و ارائه میراث‌فرهنگی و تاریخی بوده‌است. با توجه به عدم وجود الگو و نظریه‌های بومی در عرصه اخلاق حفاظت و مرمت و هنجارهای مرتبط در ایران، این نوشتار درنظر دارد، با مطالعه در ادبیات مرتبط با موضوع و بسط آن از طریق استخراج نمودها و قواعد اخلاقی مندرج در اسناد بین‌المللی، به بررسی جایگاه اخلاق در این حوزه، معرفی برخی از شاخص‌های اخلاقی حفاظت و مرمت آثار بپردازد. نتیجه‌گیری: حفاظت، به معنی نگهداری یک مصنوع در طول زمان است، و اخلاق حفاظت به انتقال صادقانه مصنوعات در طول زمان اشاره دارد. مداخله، برگشت‌پذیری، حفاظت‌پیشگیرانه، تنوع و مالکیت فرهنگی، حقوق ذینفعان، ارزش سنی و تاریخی آثار، و استاندارد واحد عمل به‌عنوان زمینه‌های نیازمند ملاحظات‌اخلاقی هستند، که در اسناد بین‌المللی حفاظت و مرمت آثار مورد توجه قرار گرفته و کدهایی برای آنها تدوین شده‌است. این کدها و  بسیاری از اسنادی که در زمینه حفاظت تدوین و منتشر شده اند، ذیل چهار مفهوم اخلاقی احترام، صداقت، امانتداری (حفظ حقیقت) و وفاداری قابل دسته بندی هستند.

ethics of preservation of historical monuments: necessity, challenges and principles

background: today, every profession needs a set of ethical principles to improve its performance, which are formulated according to the profession and the field of mission, and their activities. this requires knowing the place of ethics and its indicators in the desired profession. protection and restoration of historical monuments, as a profession with a wide field of activity and diverse stakeholders, has always sought to create professional ethics to preserve and present cultural and historical heritage. considering the lack of native models and theories in the field of ethics of conservation and restoration and related norms in iran, this article intends to examine the place of ethics in this field, introduce some ethical indicators of preservation and restoration of works.conclusion: conservation means keeping an artefact over time, and the ethics of conservation refers to the honest transmission of artefacts over time. intervention, reversibility, preventive protection, diversity and cultural ownership, rights of beneficiaries, age and historical value of works, and standard of action as fields that require ethical considerations, which have been taken into consideration in the international documents for protection and restoration of works and codes have been developed for them. these codes and many documents that have been compiled and published in the field of protection can be classified under the four ethical concepts of respect, honesty, trustworthiness (preserving the truth) and loyalty.
