طراحی الگوی کیفی توسعه کدهای اخلاقی مدیریت شهری مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار

زمینه: کدهای اخلاقی برای مدیریت شهری مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار برای ارتقای تصمیم گیری مسئولانه، شفافیت، حفاظت از محیط زیست، برابری اجتماعی، همکاری و اعتماد ضروری هستند. آنها چارچوبی راهنما برای مدیران شهری فراهم می‌کنند تا چالش‌های پیچیده توسعه شهری را طی کنند و در عین حال رفاه درازمدت جوامع و محیط زیست را تضمین کنند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی کیفی توسعه کدهای اخلاقی برای مدیریت شهری مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار است. روش: روش تحقیق در این مطالعه کیفی می باشد که از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شده است.جامعه ‌آماری پژوهش حاضر مدیرن شهرداری ها، متخصصان در زمینه مدیریت شهری، اساتید دانشگاهی که در زمینه اخلاق پژوهش هایی را انجام داده اند و مدیران نهادها و سازمان‌های مرتبط با شهرداری هستند. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت گلوگه برفی می باشد که بر این اساس 15 نفر مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها مصاحبه باز بدون ساختار بوده است که در این پژوهش تجزیه‌ و تحلیل بخش کیفی توسط نرم‌افزار maxqda  انجام پذیرفت. یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد توسعه کدهای اخلاقی برای مدیریت شهری مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار شامل 58 شاخص، 14 کد محوری و 5 کد انتخابی است. نتیجه گیری: توسعه کدهای اخلاقی برای مدیریت شهری مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار شامل پایداری شهری، رویه های مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار سازمان، کدهای اخلاقی مدیریت شهری مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار، راهبرد بسط کدهای اخلاقی مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار و سطوح اجرایی کدهای اخلاقی مبتنی بر توسعه پایدار می باشد.

designing a qualitative model for the development of ethics codes of urban management based on sustainable development

background: ethics codes for urban management based on sustainable development are essential to enhance responsible decision-making, transparency, environmental protection, social equality, cooperation, and trust. they provide a guiding framework for urban managers to overcome the complex challenges of urban development while ensuring the long-term welfare of communities and the environment. the primary aim of the current research is to design a qualitative model for developing ethics codes for urban management based on sustainable development.method: the research method in this study is qualitative, employing content analysis. the research population includes city mayors, experts in urban management, academic professors who have conducted research in ethics, and managers of institutions and organizations affiliated with municipalities. the sampling method is snowball, with 15 individuals interviewed. the data collection tool was unstructured open interviews, and the qualitative analysis was conducted using maxqda software.results: the research findings indicated that the development of ethics codes for urban management based on sustainable development includes 58 indicators, 14 core codes, and 5 elective codes.conclusion: the development of ethics codes for urban management based on sustainable development encompasses urban sustainability, organization-based procedures for sustainable development, ethics codes of urban management based on sustainable development, strategy for expanding ethics codes based on sustainable development, and executive levels of ethics codes based on sustainable development.
