نقش حکمت فردی در رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پرستاران با تاکید بر رفتار، قضاوت و هیجان اخلاقی

زمینه: اخلاق از جمله مباحثی است که در حکمت ارسطویی تاکید زیادی بر آن شده است. یعنی حکمت بدون در نظر گرفتن اخلاق، دارای خلاء است. بنابراین اخلاق و حکمت دو موضوع درهم تنیده هستند که هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطه بین حکمت فردی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پرستاران بیمارستان های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان با تاکید بر رفتار اخلاقی، قضاوت اخلاقی و هیجان اخلاقی است.روش: روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، از لحاظ ماهیت و روش، از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری مجموعه پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان به تعداد 1527 نفر است که 306 نفر، بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان به روش طبقه ای نسبی، به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسش نامه است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل یافته ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که حکمت فردی بر رفتار اخلاقی، هیجان اخلاقی، قضاوت اخلاقی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی اثر دارد. همچنین هیجان اخلاقی بر قضاوت اخلاقی، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و رفتار اخلاقی اثر دارد. از طرفی اثر قضاوت اخلاقی بر رفتار اخلاقی غیرمعنادار و بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی معنادار بود. در نهایت، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی تحت اثر رفتار اخلاقی بود.نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد رفتار شهروندی سازمانی از حکمت فردی و همچنین رفتار اخلاقی، قضاوت اخلاقی و هیجان اخلاقی اثر می پذیرد. یعنی با تاکید بر اخلاق در محیط کاری و سازمانی، حکمت فردی تقویت شده و در آن صورت می توان رفتار شهروندی سازمانی را از کارکنان در سازمان انتظار داشت.

the role of individual wisdom in nurses' organizational citizenship behavior with emphasis on behavior, judgment and moral emotion

background: ethics is one of the topics that has been emphasized in aristotelian wisdom. that is, wisdom has a vacuum without considering morality. therefore, morality and wisdom are two intertwined issues, and in this research, the relationship between individual wisdom and organizational citizenship behavior of nurses of hamedan university of medical sciences teaching hospitals has been tried to be done by emphasizing moral behavior, moral judgment, and moral emotion.method: the current research is a quantitative research based on the applied purpose and correlation type and in terms of the data collection method. the statistical population of all nurses of hamedan university of medical sciences teaching hospitals is 1527 people. the statistical sample was selected using morgan and karjesi’s table with the relative stratified method in the number of 306 people.results: the results of structural equation analysis with pls software showed that individual wisdom had an effect on moral behavior, moral emotion, moral judgment, and organizational citizenship behavior. also, moral emotion influenced moral judgment, organizational citizenship behavior, and ethical behavior. on the other hand, moral judgment was insignificant on moral behavior and significant on organizational citizenship behavior. also, organizational citizenship behavior was influenced by ethical behavior.conclusion: in general, the results showed that organizational citizenship behavior is influenced by individual wisdom, as well as moral behavior, moral judgment, and moral emotion. that is, with the existence of moral components along with wisdom, we can expect citizenship behavior from employees in the organization.
