تحلیل رابطه توسعه اخلاق معلمان ورزش مدارس بر ارتقاء ارزش های اخلاقی دانش آموزان

زمینه: اشاعه ارزش های اخلاقی در دنیای امروز، امری ضروری است. ورزش در ابعاد قهرمانی، همگانی، پرورشی و حرفه ای به رویکرد جدیدی نیاز دارد تا براساس آن زمینه توسعه اخلاقی و رفتارهای ورزشی فراهم آید. روح معنوی و اخلاقی ورزشی می تواند در ورزش دانش آموزی تجلی یابد و به عنوان نماد اخلاقی ورزشی در جامعه محسوب شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل رابطه توسعه اخلاق معلمان ورزش مدارس بر ارتقاء ارزش های اخلاقی دانش آموزان ( ارائه مدل) می باشد.روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی و به لحاظ هدف کاربردی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 1059 نفر از معلمان تربیت بدنی و ورزش استان کرمانشاه بودند که با استفاده از روش تصادفی و  بر اساس جدول مورگان ، 285 نفر به ‏عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آماری ایموس، مدل معادلات ساختاری و روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شده است.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که عوامل فردی- رفتاری بر توسعه ارزش های اخلاقی معلمان ورزش با ضریب تاثیر 45/0، عوامل زمینه ای بر توسعه ارزش های اخلاقی معلمان ورزش با ضریب تاثیر 62/0، عوامل سازمانی بر توسعه ارزش های اخلاقی معلمان ورزش با ضریب تاثیر 34/0 و عوامل فرا سازمانی بر توسعه ارزش های اخلاقی معلمان ورزش با ضریب تاثیر 27/0 تاثیر معنا دار داشته است.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تاثیری که توسعه اخلاق معلمان ورزش بر ارتقاء ارزش های اخلاقی دانش آموزان دارد، می توان این ارزش ها را از طریق مکانیزم های آموزشی، پژوهشی، ورزشی و مدیریتی در مدارس کشور توسعه داد و منتظر نتایج مطلوب در جهت رشد ارزش ها و اخلاقیات در ورزش مدارس بود.

analysis of the relationship between the moral development of school sports teachers and the improvement of students' moral values

background: it is essential to spread moral values in today’s world. sports in the dimensions of championship, general, educational and professional need a new approach in order to provide the basis for moral development and sports behaviors. the spiritual and moral spirit of sports can be manifested in student sports and can be considered as a symbol of sports ethics in the society. the purpose of the current research is to analyze the relationship between the development of the ethics of school sports teachers and the promotion of the moral values of students (presenting a model).                method: the research method was descriptive-correlation and applied in terms of purpose. the statistical population of the research included 1059 physical education and sports teachers in kermanshah province, 285 of whom were selected as a sample using a random method based on morgan’s table. the research tool was using a standard questionnaire. for data analysis, emos statistical software, structural equation model and confirmatory factor analysis method were used. results: the findings showed that individual-behavioral factors have had a significant impact on the development of moral values of sports teachers with an impact factor of 0.45, background factors have had a significant impact on the development of moral values of sports teachers with an impact factor of 0.62, organizational factors have had a significant impact on the development of moral values of sports teachers with an impact factor of 0.34 and extra-organizational factors have had a significant impact on the development of moral values of sports teachers with an impact factor of 0.27.conclusion: considering the effect that the development of sports teachers ’ethics has on the promotion of students’ ethics values, these values can be developed through educational, research, sports and management mechanisms in the country’s schools and wait for the desired results in order to grow values and ethics was in school sports.
