بررسی نقش میانجی اخلاق مداری ذی‌نفعان در ارتباط بین مدیریت دانش و بلوغ سازمانی آموزش و پرورش

زمینه: بررسی عوامل موثر بر بلوغ سازمانی با تاکید بر مدیریت دانش و اخلاق مداری ذی نفعان می تواند به طور موثری در تعالی نظام آموزش و پرورش نقش موثری را ایفا کند، با درک این مهم پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارتباط مدیریت دانش بر بلوغ سازمانی آموزش و پرورش با تاکید بر نقش میانجی اخلاق مداری ذی‌نفعان انجام شده است. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی - همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران، معاونین و روسای گروه های ادارات آموزش و پرورش و مدیران و معاونین مدارس استان مازندران می باشد، 338 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری  خوشه ای تصادفی جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مدیریت دانش، بلوغ سازمانی و اخلاق مداری ذی‌نفعان استفاده شد. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزارهای آماری ssps22 و pls   تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج بررسی نشان داد که ارتباط مدیریت دانش و اخلاق مداری ذی نفعان بر بلوغ سازمانی مثبت و معنی دار می باشد.نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه برای توسعه بلوغ سازمانی آموزش و پرورش می توان به ابعاد مدیریت دانش و اخلاق مداری ذی نفعان توجه کرد. 

investigating the mediating role of stakeholders' ethics in the relationship between knowledge management and organizational maturity of education

background: investigating the factors affecting organizational maturity with emphasis on knowledge management and stakeholder ethics can play an effective role in the excellence of the education system. understanding this important study, the present study was conducted with the aim of the relationship of knowledge management on the organizational maturity of education with emphasis on the mediating role of stakeholder ethics.                method: the research method is descriptive-correlation. the statistical population of the study includes all managers, deputies and heads of departments of education and managers of the school deputies of mazandaran province, 338 people were selected for the study using random cluster sampling method. three researcher-made questionnaires of knowledge management, organizational maturity and stakeholder ethics were used to collect research data. research data were analyzed using pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model in ssps22 and pls statistical software. results: the results showed that the relationship of knowledge management and stakeholder ethics with organizational maturity is positive and significant.conclusion: as a result, to develop the organizational maturity of education, we can pay attention to the dimensions of knowledge management and ethics of stakeholders.
