ارائه الگوی برنامه درسی معنوی مبتنی بر اخلاق

زمینه: ارزیابی برنامه‌های درسی نشان می‌دهد که در نظام‌های آموزشی، صرفاً به بعد عقلانی فراگیران توجه می‌شود و سایر ابعاد وجودی خصوصاً بعد معنوی و اخلاقی مورد غفلت قرار می‌گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی برنامه درسی معنوی مبتنی بر اخلاق انجام گرفت.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر داده‌ها آمیخته اکتشافی، از نظر روش اجرا، داده بنیاد و پیمایشی مقطعی است. جامعه آماری مرحله کیفی، خبرگان حوزه آموزش و پرورش هستند که به روش هدفمند گلوله برفی 30 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز مدیران و سرپرستان آموزش و پرورش بودند که تعداد 110 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند.در بخش کیفی از روش داده بنیاد و کدگذاری (باز، محوری و انتخابی) و در بخش کمی از یک پرسشنامه 103ماده‌ای مبتنی بر یافته‌های بخش کیفی و آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. یافته: در بخش کیفی، سه بعد آگاهی معنوی، حساسیت اخلاقی و اکتشاف اخلاقی، به عنوان ابعاد زیربنایی شناسایی شدند. در بخش کمی نیز شاخص‌های agfa، gfi، rmsea و خی‌دو  همگی بیانگر این هستند که ابعاد شناسایی شده در یک ساختار متجانس، سازه‌های الگوی یک مفهوم تحت عنوان برنامه درسی مبتنی بر اخلاق را حمایت می‌کنند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که در طراحی برنامه درسی  باید به مواردی از قبیل؛ آگاهی معنوی، حساسیت اخلاقی و اکتشاف اخلاقی به عنوان عوامل کلیدی اخلاقی توجه نمود.

background: the evaluation of curricula shows that in educational systems, attention is paid only to the intellectual dimension of learners and other dimensions of existence, especially the spiritual and moral dimension, are neglected. the current research was conducted with the aim of providing a spiritual curriculum model based on ethics.method: in terms of practical purpose, this research is exploratory mixed in terms of data, in terms of implementation method, foundation data and crosssectional survey. the statistical population of the qualitative stage are experts in the field of education, 30 people were selected as a sample using a targeted snowball method. in the quantitative part, there were managers and supervisors of education, and 110 people were selected as a sample. and confirmatory factor analysis test was used.results: in the qualitative part, three dimensions of spiritual awareness, moral sensitivity and moral discovery were identified as underlying dimensions. in the quantitative part, the agfa, gfi, rmsea, and khido indicators all indicate that the dimensions identified in a homogeneous structure support the model structures of a concept called ethicsbased curriculum.conclusion: the results showed that in curriculum design, things like; spiritual awareness, moral sensitivity and moral exploration were considered as key moral factors.
