اخلاق حرفه ای معلمی از منظر فلسفه اخلاقی مارتین بوبر

زمینه: رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفهای از جانب معلمان و آموزگاران، نقش بسیار مهمی در ایجاد جو مطلوب اخلاقی در فضای تربیتی دارد. اخلاق حرفه ای آموزگار از دیدگاه های فلسفی متعدد مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این میان یکی از فلاسفه مطرح اگزیستانسیالیسم که توجه ویژه‌ای به موضوع اخلاق در جهان بشری و به «شخص» انسان دارد مارتین بوبر است. وی باور دارد که اخلاق می تواند به واسطۀ ارتباط شخص با خویشتن تحت تاثیر قرار گیرد. از این روی، هدف پژوهش حاضر آن است که با توجه به مبانی اخلاقی و ارزشی براساس دیدگاه مارتین بوبر در حوزه‌ی فلسفه اخلاق و ارتباط انسان با خویشتن، رهنمودهایی برای اخلاق حرفهای معلمان و آموزگاران، در حوزهی ارتباطی معلم با خویشتن استنتاج نماید. نتیجه گیری: در پرتو قابلیت وحدتبخشی به عنوان اصیلترین منبع اخلاقی، سایر اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای آموزگاران به شکل واقعی جهت داده میشود. در تفکر بوبر، وظایف «اخلاقی» و «حرفهای»شخص معلم، و از سویی نقشهای «آموزشی» و «تربیتی» او، کاملاً درهمتنیده بوده و واجد وحدتی اساسی است. همچنین «حرفه» بخش مهمی از وجود و حیات معلم را تشکیل می‌دهد و توفیق واقعی معلم در عرصه‌ی حرفه‌ای، زمینه‌ساز تحقق کمال وجودی او خواهد بود. رهنمودهای برگرفته از تئوری اخلاقی بوبر در حوزهی ارتباطی معلم با خویشتن، میتواند به معلمان در فرایند ساختن هویت و شخصیت مطلوب اخلاقی و حرفهای خویش مدد رساند و با کمک کردن به گسترش افق دید و بهبود درک معلمان، ارتباط واقعی و موثر معلمان با خودشان و شاگردانشان را تسهیل نماید.
