تحلیل رابطۀ مدیریت زنجیرۀ تامین کارآفرینانه با عملکرد سازمان با توجه به نقش اخلاق

زمینه: کارآفرینی سازمانی با نوآوری در ساختار سازمانی و روش های کسب و کار، نتایج شگرفی در بهبود اقتصادی، اجتماعی سازمان ها و کل جامعه دارد. در این میان بی شک اخلاق به عنوان چارچوبی است که طی عبور از آن، کارآفرینی به خلق ارزش های مرتبط با نیازهای واقعی جامعه می پردازد و رشد و توسعه بلندمدت را به دنبال می آورد. هدف این مقاله بررسی رابطۀ مدیریت زنجیرۀ تامین کارآفرینانه با عملکرد سازمان با توجه به نقش اخلاق است. روش: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و در زمره پژوهش های توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل شرکت های تولیدی شهرک های صنعتی شهرستان گرگان بود که از میان آنها نمونه‌ای شامل 198 شرکت تولیدی با روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش 6 پرسشنامه استاندارد بود و داده ها با استفاده از آزمون معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزیی در نرم افزار smartpls مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین هوش تجاری زنجیره تامین با افزایش سطح یکپارچگی سازمان و یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین رابطه مثبت معنی داری وجود دارد. بین مدیریت زنجیره تامین با افزایش سطح یکپارچگی سازمان و یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. بین افزایش سطح یکپارچگی سازمان با یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین و عملکرد اخلاق مدار منابع سازمانی رابطه مثبت معنی داری وجود دارد. در کنار آن بین یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین با عملکرد اخلاق مدار منابع سازمانی رابطه مثبت معنی داری وجود دارد و بین عملکرد اخلاق مدار منابع سازمانی با عملکرد مالی خریدار رابطه مثبت معنی داری وجود دارد.نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش حاضر می توان گفت مدیریت تامین کارآفرینانه ای که عملکرد اخلاق مدارانه سازمان را مورد توجه قرار می دهند منجر به افزایش سطح یکپارچگی سازمان و به طبع موفقیت آمیز بودن اهداف مدیریت تامین خواهد بود. چرا که یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین در گرو عملکرد اخلاق مدار منابع سازمانی است. .نتایج این مطالعه به مدیران تامین کمک می کند تا با تغییر فرهنگ و فرآیند بخش مدیریت تامین به سمت گرایش کارآفرینانه و اخلاق مدار عملکرد خود را بهبود بخشند.

Analysis of the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Supply Chain Management and Organizational Performance with Regard to the Role of Ethics

Background: Entrepreneurship with innovation in organizational structure and business methods has had tremendous results in economic, social improvement of organizations and the whole society. Ethics is undoubtedly a framework through which entrepreneurship creates values ​​related to the real needs of society and pursues longterm growth and development. The purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial supply chain management and organizational performance with regard to the role of ethics.Method: This study was applied and descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population of the study consisted of industrial companies in Gorgan city, from which a sample of 198 manufacturing companies was selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument was 6 standard questionnaires and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Test with partial least squares approach in SmartPLS software.Results: The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant positive relationship between supply chain business intelligence with increasing level of organization integrity and supply chain integration. There is a significant relationship between supply chain management with increasing level of organization integration and supply chain integration. There is a significant positive relationship between increasing level of organization integration with supply chain integration and ethical performance of organizational resources. On the other hand, there is a significant positive relationship between supply chain integration and organizational resourceoriented ethical performance and there is a positive significant relationship between ethicaloriented organizational resource performance and buyer financial performance. Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, it can be said that entrepreneurial supply management that focuses on the ethical performance of the organization will lead to an increase in the level of organizational integrity and the success of supply management goals. Because supply chain integrity depends on the ethical performance of the enterprise resourcebased ethics. The results of this study will help supply managers improve their performance by changing the culture and process of supply chain management toward entrepreneurial orientation and ethics.
