اصول و راهبردهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای در محیط‌های آزمایشگاهی، کارگاهی و صحرایی

زمینه: آزمایشگاه‌ها، کارگاه‌ها و محیط‌های عملیاتی و صحرایی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین واحدهای آموزشی عملی در اکثر رشته‌های دانشگاهی، نقش بسیار مهمی در فراگیری تجربه و مهارت‌های لازم دانشجویان دارند. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی اصول و چالش‌های اخلاقی در این محیط‌ها انجام شده و نتیجه‌ی تجربه، کار و پژوهش نویسندگان طی چندین سال کار، ارتباط مداوم و برخورد عینی با مسائل مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه‌ای در تعامل با دانشجویان، اساتید، کارشناسان و کارفرمایان است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به افزایش روزافزون تعداد و تنوع آزمون‌های آزمایشگاهی و پروژه‌های کارگاهی و صحرایی، اهمیت صحت و دقت داده‌های استخراجی، ایمنی، استفاده‌ی صحیح از تجهیزات، تعاملات بر مبنای اخلاق، حفظ کرامت انسانی، تلاش برای ارتقاء منزلت حرفه و رعایت حقوق نسل آینده از مهم‌ترین چهارچوب‌های علمی و اخلاقی هنگام کار در این محیط‌ها است. بروز رفتارهای اخلاقی در محیط‌های آزمایشگاهی، کارگاهی و صحرایی به‌خودی‌خود امکان‌پذیر نبوده و نیازمند آموزش، اشاعه و ترویج است. چهارچوب اخلاقی ارائه‌شده کمک خواهد کرد تا اساتید و کارشناسان تمام تلاش خود را برای ترتیبت متخصصان اخلاق‌مدار که در آینده بدنه‌ی خلاق جامعه را تشکیل خواهند داد، به‌کار گیرند.

Principles and Strategies of Professional Ethics in Laboratory, Workshop and Field Environments

Background: Laboratories, workshops, and operational and field environments, as the most important practical training units in most academic disciplines, have a very important role in learning the necessary experience and skills of students. This study aims to investigate the principles and ethical challenges in these environments and is the result of experience, work and research of authors over several years of work, continuous communication and objective approach to issues related to professional ethics in interaction with students, professors, experts and employers.Conclusion: Due to the increasing number and variety of laboratory tests and workshop and field projects, the importance of accuracy and precision of extracted data, safety, proper use of equipment, interactions based on ethics, maintaining human dignity, striving to enhance professional status and compliance The rights of the next generation are one of the most important scientific and ethical frameworks when working in these environments. The emergence of ethical behaviors in laboratory, workshop and field environments is not possible by itself and requires training, dissemination and promotion. The proposed ethical framework will help professors and experts make every effort to arrange ethical professionals who will form the creative body of society in the future.
